Great value for money

Friendly staff, good location, clean and great value for money.

Really nice stop off, wish we had stayed for longer!

We stayed at the campsite for one night on our travels through Cornwall, but we could have stayed for much longer. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful from the get-go and the map/flyer they give you is great too. It's a lovely walk past the golf course into the centre and beach and you can get a bus (£2 each) or a taxi (£6) back up the hill. There was a lovely atmosphere at the campsite and I wish we had stayed on a Saturday so we could have tried the pizzas! Another nice touch is the coffee van that drives around on a morning offering fresh barista coffee. We'll definitely be staying here for longer next time!

Great location

Lovely stay, fantastic location. Very clean toilet and shower block. Friendly staff upon check in. Most visiting food trucks and on site van very good. Site can be windy as right next to the coast so ensure you have enough tent pegs for guy ropes. Would be more then happy to stay again. Perrenporth is a lovely town and surfing is more relaxed there then further up the road at Newquay. Surf school place right on the beach was excellent.

Lovely campsite

Lovely, clean, well kept site with a great outdoor play area for kids. A longish walk into town. I really enjoyed these walks (various walks) but might be a lot for families with young children. However, you can drive into town or get a bus. Would definitely stay there again.

Lovely stay, clean facilities, friendly staff. The walk to the beach is a good 30 minutes but you're able to get bus back at £2 per person. Fair shop selling all essentials but could do with more fresh items such as salad, sausages, bacon and seafood. There were also regular food vans serving pizza, fish and chips and burgers and breakfast options.

Thank you for coming to stay and for your great review. The bus is a good option to get back from the village and beach at £2 each, if there is a few of you a cab works out a bit cheaper. I can walk to either the beach and village in just under 15 minutes a bit longer coming back. I guess I walk quite quickly and know the route very well. Hope to see you again very soon.

Great campsite

Extremely friendly staff, all of the amenities were clean and the site was excellent.

Beautiful site

Beautiful, well run and maintained. Great location, all round great facilities, well stocked shop. Lovely walk direct from site through the dunes, onto coastal path and beach.

Recent holiday

Amazing, large pitches, clean site, with good public transport from site. Perfect place to investigate from site on foot. Will definitely be back.

fabulous & quiet

Fantastic holiday park if you're looking for a non commercial site. With a variety of food vans coming onsite regularly, a mile from perranporth & the sea, plenty of walks to the sea and public transport available. A local common ground also offers plenty of walks where dogs can run free. Would definitely recommend, but leave a pitch for me.

Immaculate facilities and spacious pitches

Very well managed, clean and friendly site. All pitches level and well spaced with good electric hookup. Pitch was available immediately on arrival at lunchtime and the site team were working all weekend to keep the place clean and tidy. Regular food trucks for breakfast and evenings, if cooking is not part of your plans! Would definitely stay again.

Happy camper

This was my first time camping and I was not put off. The location was good with beautiful views and a safe footpath to the beach. Many routes for walkers/runners. Large play area for children with a farm they can visit. I was worried about the toilet and showers, but I didn't need to they were very clean. Nothing to fault- very happy.

Great stay, friendly, clean and easy walk into Perrenporth

Great stay again, we always stay here when we are in the area. Friendly and clean site, near to local town and beach. Lovely pizzas too!

Lovely chilled out vibe

Not far from a lovely big beach at Perranporth and it was nice to have the take away facilities visiting the site which saved cooking a few times. Shop on site with basics like bread and milk. Wifi charge was reasonable. Big well equipped play area for kids. Washing machines/tumble dryers on site. Felt a lot more relaxed than Caravan club sites. Pretty quiet after 10pm so slept well. Will definitely stay here again.

Great campsite for weekend escape

Just got back from a lovely weekend just outside Perranporth, the campsite was lovely, big pitches, clean and lots of washing facilities. Walk down to the beach is easy, the walk back up is not as easy but still lovely and close to the beach. Very friendly staff and great to have different food options each night from takeaway vans. Our only small (very small) comment is the WiFi, we paid to have it for one device for 48 hours, however the signal and drop out meant we could only use it in one position within the van. Not too much of an issue as we were out all the time but haven't had to pay for WiFi at other sites. Will be booking again soon!

Great stay

Great site, ideal location - close enough to walk to beach but away from all the hustle and bustle. Super friendly and helpful staff. Great size, spacious pitches. Good play area and Maya loved the animal corner.
