Doward Park Campsite is set in the beautiful Wye Valley. It's a small camping and touring base near Symonds Yat, welcoming both families and well behaved dogs. Nearby is historic Ross on Wye, Monmouth, the immense Forest of Dean and the border between England and Wales, allowing you to easily reach attractions on both sides of the border. Head to Symonds Yat Rock for dazzling views over three counties!
About Doward Park Campsite
A peaceful and secluded woodland location, offering the perfect place for families and individuals seeking a relaxing getaway. A small and family friendly site, located in the heart of the Wye Valley near Symonds Yat, with a range of accommodation options to choose from. The site welcomes tents, trailer tents, campervans and motorhomes (up to 23ft long). Sorry, short stay caravans are not accepted. There are spacious grass pitches for tents, along with hardstanding and grass pitches with electric hook up. It's an elevated base, at 140m above sea level. The site is within easy reach of the river for wildlife spotting, scenic strolls and canoeing. Plus, the area is great for riverside pubs! Just over the road is King Arthur's Cave, steeped in legend and there are bouldering and climbing spots in easy reach too. Well-behaved dogs are also welcome.

No adult-only groups.
Family groups to a minimum of two families.
Motorhomes must be a maximum of 7.5m, due to narrow access.
No fires.
Noise to a minimum after 10pm.
