Pitch up with fantastic views of Weymouth Bay at Rosewall Camping, just outside of Weymouth, 15 minutes from Dorchester. Choose from plenty of spacious grass pitches with breathtaking views across the bay, each suitable for tents and campervans. The site serves up all the attractions of the South Coast, with the bonus of fishing in two well-stocked lakes and horse riding opportunities next to the site. A great location to discover Dorset!

Brilliant. Perfect for a no electricity site. Clean, friendly, handy shop and well placed to get to all sorts of places. Beach close by and handy pub. Most of all, quiet.
Very clean and very quiet! Perfect

Lovely basic campsite. Check in was from midday but we were able to get set up at 09:30which was great. Really clean facilities, has everything you need. Lovely location with great views and an amazing pub just down the road. Would definitely come back.

It was so peaceful and calming to just enjoy the view and relax. It is a popular camp ground so I think at full season it will be not so good if you are looking for peace and quiet
Very good

Very neat and tidy campsite. Lots to do around Weymouth and we are already planning to come back. The pub nearby was busy and we couldn’t get a table so make sure to book beforehand.

I was a lone female traveller, and I was looking for peace and quiet which is exactly what I got. 48 hours of relaxation. No internet signal down where I was, that’s what I wanted, no contact. Plenty of signal at the top of the park though so don’t let that bother you. The lady and gent in reception were lovely also. 5 star rating from me 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻. I will be back definately

Fantastic views and quiet location. Not far from an excellent pub and a rocky beach, great for young fossil hunters. Super clean toilets and warm showers. Highly recommended.

A great place to stay, with other campers being very respectful of quiet times and allowing you to have your own space. The facilities were immaculately clean and of a great size so that you didn't need to queue to use them. The staff in the reception and shop were very helpful and friendly, and the local amenities have everything that could be needed for a night of camping. A beautiful area to stay in, I would absolutely recommend this site, and we will definitely be back for further stays.

Great location and close to the Smugglers Inn (short walk). The shower facilities were ample but not the best, as showers were timed out and there were huge cobwebs above your head in the ceiling. Children in neighbouring tents were still running around at 11pm and close to midnight, so not very peaceful at night. Site is on a slope so needed the ramps and still on an incline, so difficult to get the van completely level.
A beautiful location

Very peaceful and spacious. Nice walk to the beach and countryside, a great walk to Weymouth. Facilities are clean and would recommend. The Smugglers Inn is close by and definitely worth a visit.

We had a lovely two night stay with our three young children. We didn't want to go too far to test the waters for their first camping trip! We all loved it and we are now planning on making it a yearly thing!

This was our first time at Rosewall but it definitely won't be our last. We have been searching for a campsite in Dorset where we can base ourselves during our breaks away. The others were nice but this place is stunning. The hills, the sea, the super friendly staff, great pitches and the shower blocks being spotless made for a truly lovely stay. We all agreed that we had finally found "the one".

Really lovely site. Very friendly welcome, clean toilets, showers and washing up. Plenty of room for pitches. Beautiful view of the sea. 10 minute walk to amazing pub and 15 minutes to a rocky beach which was fine. Although, we were told by a local that there is another about a mile away which is sandy. For a quiet and restful weekend away this is highly recommended and we'll definitely be back.
A lovely site with great walks and views

This is a site with a great view of the sea and countryside from a variety of pitches. The ability to choose your own pitch was a plus and the owners request of leaving plenty of space between each group was a definite advantage. We had a great time with our dog taking him on some great walks in the local area. There is a lovely pub between the site and the sea which was ideal. Overall a lovely site that we will definitely return to!
