About Penhale Camping and Caravan Park
Steeped in history and rugged Cornish charm, family-run Penhale Caravan and Camping Park has provided quality caravan and camping holidays for over 60 years. Stay here for the chance to unwind while exploring the magical surrounding area. In spring and summertime, colourful blooms cover the trees, a plethora of different species of birds swoop over the fields, and the hedgerows burst into life with wild flowers. At night, the lack of light pollution makes for some awe-inspiring star-gazing, while the lights of Mevagissey twinkle in the distance over the bay. Popular with families, couples and solo travellers alike, guests can choose between a selection of large and level electric hook-up pitches, all with breathtaking views across St Austell bay, or self catering accommodation in the site's caravan holiday homes. The two and three bedroom holiday homes sleep 4-8 people, with modern facilities, heating, fully equipped kitchens, and free gas and electricity. Outside some caravans have a wooden decked area, while all have a family-sized picnic bench and ample space for parking. There is also a regular camping field, with plenty of space to spread out and no overcrowding.
Penhale Camping and Caravan Park is open from 23/03 to 01/10 in 2024 and from 01/04 to 01/10 in 2025.
