Manor Caravan Park is a great base on the Norfolk coast, just a ten minute walk to Happisburgh Beach. There are a mix of grass non electric and electric pitches, for tents and tourers alike set across spacious fields with views over the lighthouse and St Mary's Church. Enjoy easy access to the Norfolk Broads National Park, the onsite licensed shop, and a pub within a five-minute walk!

A great site in Norfolk, bigger motorhomes would struggle on the narrow roads. Apart from walking and cycling, there is little else to do. No supermarkets nearby so bring all you need, if you want it quiet, you're ok.
Great site, wonderfully modern toilet and shower facilities

We enjoyed our stay here, it was very quiet and we were the only van parked on the church view site, which was great. Friendly staff and welcome. Fantastic facilities, so clean and modern. Our dog struggled a bit with walk to the beach, not many pavements. Pub up the road ok, food was good. Not a lot to do in the area other than the beach.
Superb site

Friendly hosts. Short walk to a lovely beach, with a lovely view of the lighthouse and church. Facilities were spotless. We were in a motorhome, with a view of the lighthouse.

We had a very warm and friendly welcome. Lovely flat pitch. Very clean toilets and showers. Couldn't do enough for you. Nicely stocked on site shop for essentials etc. Nice walk to the beach with a children's play area and clean toilets. We will definitely stay again

It was a last minute decision to book into Manor Park, but what a good decision. From the moment we got there, Graham in reception could not be more helpful time and time again. As it was our first time with our new mobile home, it was peaceful and relaxing. Lovely clean shower blocks and another helpful Graham was able to assist with water and rubbish disposal. We would definitely recommend this site and the cherry on the cake, a lovely old pub full of character 100 yards up the road serving excellent food. What a gem, we will definitely return there.
Nice campsite close to beach

We had a great time staying at this site. The facilities were cleaned regularly while we were there and the staff were all friendly. They were quick to come and help us when we had an issue with our electric hook up! The nearby beach was large and sandy. Our dog loved his walk there! There is a pub that you can easily walk to where we had a pleasant meal. Just be careful with sat navs, as ours tried to take us to the old site! Overall we enjoyed our stay and would go back in the summer.
Brilliant site!

On arrival, Simon couldn't have been more helpful, considering we were on our first caravanning trip, he showed us to our pitch and explained everything. The site is very well looked after, plenty of space between caravans, and the toilets were lovely and clean. Would stay again and a lovely base to explore Norfolk.
Very wet arrival!

Upon arrival, the staff were all helpful and friendly. Sadly, as it had been raining and the pitches being on on a big open grass site, it was very muddy. We wheel spun so had to reverse back off the grass and be guided on to our pitch. We were fortunate to be near the toilet block, so we were near the only gravel path. Others were less fortunate, with one motorhome having to be pulled off by a tractor. Rather than just a massive grass area, there needed to be at least some gravel walkways along the front of each row of pitches and a patch on each pitch for getting in and out of your van to save on the muddy mess you walked inside. We were lucky it only rained on day one, or we may have needed to be towed off such a bad drainage area when we left. We would return as lovely facilities and staff, but a fair weather site only for us.
