Cummins Farm is ideally located on a working sheep farm between Lyme Regis and Charmouth along the Jurassic Coast. Tents, campervans, caravans and motorhomes are welcome on flat, unallocated grass pitches with the option of electric. There is also a shepherd's hut available. A peaceful base for the Jurassic Coast with a park and ride to Lyme Regis and plenty of space for games back at the site. BBQs and campfires are allowed.

Good campsite that took my a last minute booking. Very relaxing with nice clean toilets and fresh drinking water. The owners were nice when I phoned as I hadn't got my booking confirmation but this was in my spam emails and they even popped over when I had set my campervan up.
Great place for activities in and around Lyme Regis

We stayed two nights with a Motorhome on an electric pitch. This campground has everything we require. Checking in and out and finding a pitch was very uncomplicated. We spend a beautiful day in Lyme Regis, enjoying the approx. 45 min walk on foot to and from the city centre over farmland and along the river Lim.
A pleasant site with nice staff

A nice, simple site. We only stayed one night but had no issues. The walk to Lyme Regis was a bit further than we anticipated but through pleasant fields. It was quite downhill and we didn't fancy doing the walk back so we called a cab. We were in a campervan so it is tricky to move once set up on a site. Finding parking for campervans isn't that easy too. If you are in a car, all should be fine. If you like walking, that will be okay too :) Facilities were clean and as expected.

Absolutely brilliant little campsite, a real diamond of a find. So relaxed and laid back approach, staff were friendly and welcoming. Showers and facilities cleaned twice a day. On site assistance if needed. Beautiful walks to nearby Lyme Regis.

Lovely place, took my girls for a short break during Summer hols. Lots of fun for everyone. Convenient for Charmouth, Lyme, Seatown and so on. The site is so calm and peaceful, the quiet time after 10 makes all the difference. Love that it isn't illuminated after hours, seems campers have a similar appreciation as the night sky is just beautiful. It's a really lovely site, will definitely head back next year. Thanks for having us :)

It is a decent size and very well kept. It has electric for those that need it. Toilet and shower facilities that are kept very clean. There is also facilities for washing up. The site manager was friendly and helpful. I would happily camp there again.

Great campsite, tidy and well laid out. Impressed to see the owner strolling around checking all had what we needed. It was a busy night but the facilities were clean. We will return but this time, unfortunately we had small group next to us that didn't want to adhere to the curfew time!
Laid back and perfectly located campsite

Excellent site - we were pitched in the overflow field so it was very quiet and family-friendly, excellent facilities, clean and well maintained. Quite a long walk into Lyme Regis, and not recommended after dark, can't fault the site though.

A lovely site with great amenities. The shower, toilets and wash stations were all new and clean. The showers were also nice and hot. The site is within easy access to Charmouth and Lyme Regis on the local buses, the last bus back was at 7:30pm. The campsite owner and staff were friendly and helpful. Will stay again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and Ben was such a lovely guy. The shower blocks were kept so clean and the hand towels were always being replenished It was a very hot few days, the showers I felt were far too hot, not sure if the temperature could be altered? We had the most amazing & relaxing few days Thank you.

Lovely campsite, beautifully basic. Plenty of green space. Warden on-site, some dogs were left barking and he dealt with it very effectively.

We stayed at this campsite for one night in our campervan and it was perfect. There was plenty of room and we were able to choose where we wanted to pitch. The facilities were very clean, with the best showers for 50p. The campsite is basic but very relaxed, which is just what we like. We walked into Lyme Regis which was a bit of a trek but great across the countryside with our Spaniels. We would recommend this site to all who just want an easy and relaxing place to stay.

Great location 9 mins in a car from Lyme Regis. Communication before and during our stay was excellent, a gentlemen walks around the site each evening and check in with you. The facilities are very good, very clean and well maintained. Our stay was very quiet, with plenty of room between pitches/ vans - a very relaxed stay. I would highly recommend.

Very pleasantly surprised. Lovely campsite close to beaches and easy to find. Good dog walk from site and extremely relaxed. Facilities are clean and in good condition. Site fees are so reasonable. Won't stay anywhere else when I'm back in the area.

The site is well maintained, and quite spacious. We chose our position. There are not allocated pitches. The shower block was clean and appeared to be quite new. You need a fifty-pence coin for the shower, which is a pest, and it helps to know that first. There was a barrier at the site entrance which is always a good thing. Not everywhere on the site is served by electric hook-up. It is only a short drive to the Lyme Regis "Park and Ride" car park, which, if you are staying in the town all day, is probably the cheapest parking you'll get. It is close to the town. For some reason our Sat-Nav struggled to find the site. I don't understand this as it is quite accessible on a well used road, but initially it appeared to be difficult.

The site is a big open grass field atop the hill between Lyme Regis and Charmouth on the Jurassic Coast on a working farm, so I had plenty of sheep for the odd conversation. There is a slight rise in the middle and it's surrounded by mature trees. There are no hard pitches. Pitches are not allocated, so you can take your pick and choose what suits you best. Despite two main roads nearby, night-time silence is good. I thought it excellent value for money, I paid around £12/night without electricity (£8/night extra). The proprietor walked around every morning to check that all was well. Parents, be aware that there is absolutely no entertainment, catering or other facilities, like a swimming pool. It's a big open play area, make your own fun. The toilet block has separate male and female loos, showers (charged at 50p for 8 minutes) and hand wash. Paper towels are provided. A hair dryer is available for 20p. The facilities are very modern, clean and well maintained. Pot wash with hot water is under shelter. Note, the toilet block is accessed by outdoor steps; if there is a disabled facility, I did not notice it.

Went to Cummings farm for our first camping trip. When we arrived, Ben was great, lent us a hammer as we forgot one, such a friendly and helpful guy. The site was great, two minutes drive to Lyme Bay and two minutes to Charmouth. The site facilities were immaculate, as was the whole site. I'll definitely be bringing my family back, if you have small children it's great for them to have freedom to run and play.
