The campsite was clean and tidy with good facilities for touring. However, I think there could be more daytime access for food and evening entertainment. Perhaps films or quizzes to encourage people to use the Bistro. # The singer on Saturday was spectacular. We used the pool which was fine. The staff were very helpful.

Had a great few days there, would recommend this place to friends. Food at the Bistro was super and the lager was not bad either.

We had such a fantastic stay at Campsie Glen Holiday Park. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, especially in the bar/restaurant on site. The site is well maintained. I would say that the tourer toilet facilities are quite limited, having only two shower cubicles. Now, there may have been more, but this is based on the facilities we used. Finally, this was probably an oversight when I was booking, but I booked to stay here due to the indoor pool facilities and was a bit disappointed that this was not included in the price. Overall, I would have stayed here again but feel that due to the swimming facilities not being included in the booking, it makes this quite a pricey site. It's a shame as everything else was such a pleasant experience for us.

Had a great time, bar and restaurant staff were amazing. Eva and Darren both made us very welcome and so friendly. Meal, service and good vibes in this place, was fantastic. Eva also helped out when we were there 3 months ago. Unfortunately, I broke my ankle but Eva helped my husband and I so much. What a credit to the company.

Just what my wife and I were needing. A nice quiet park, quite busy but not too busy. Bar and bistro were good, food was excellent, but I thought a little overpriced and only a small menu, but the portions were huge. Although there is a 'games room' there's not a lot for kids, but there is a small outdoor play area too. There is also a swimming pool and hot-tub area, but we didn't use it. We would definitely book again for a long weekend.

Booked and paid for two nights, but left after one. Very noisy on and off all night, did consider phoning the emergency number I was given but because the noise was intermittent and from different groups, it seemed a bit pointless. When I was asked about my stay, I got a very insincere "sorry about that". I am sorry to say that this was the only (and most expensive) campsite I stayed on in two weeks where I didn't get a good nights sleep. On the positive side grounds and facilities very well maintained and bistro meals were good.

We do employ a onsite warden who is on-hand to deal with such instances and is available on the emergency number, if we had been informed of the noise this could have been prevented.

Have been to Campsie Glen 4 times this year. Fabulous location and green areas kept immaculate. Shower and toilet facilities are spotless. Swimming pool fab for the kids. Best thing for us is the Campsie Bar. The food is amazing. We have breakfast and dinner when we come. The food quality is the best you will get. Top marks for the chef. The girls are very friendly in the bar and welcoming, we will be returning customers for this lovely site and bistro. Best site for us so far.

First time visiting this park, the grounds are well maintained, easy check in, all staff are bubbly and welcoming. We had a meal in the restaurant and the food was excellent, very dog friendly park with a great dog walk and an area fenced off for the dogs to get off their leads and have a run. Restaurant/bar area also has an area for the dogs to sit with their owners and enjoy the entertainment. I loved this as I don't like leaving my fur babies in the van. Shower and toilet block was immaculate. We will definitely be booking this site again.

Nice site in a lovely setting. Bar and pool both basic but nice. The food in the bar is first class and great value. The touring pitch, drinking water close to all the caravans. Staff really friendly and helpful. Only negative I have is that the toilet and showers on the touring area are getting tired and in need of a good scrubbing. Other than that, great little site will definitely be back at some point. Thanks.

First time visiting this campsite. We had a great time, the staff were really nice and helpful and looked after us. Had some nice food and drink with some good entertainment as well. Campsite is nice and clean and well looked after Will definitely visit again.

This is a lovely site. Not a lot to do outside the site, but enough to enjoy on site. The swimming pool and hot tub was a nice change and we had it to ourselves. The bar and bistro was lovely and the staff were so friendly. Food was good value and drinks were very reasonably priced.

Kids loved the indoor swimming pool, I loved the jacuzzi. Toilets, showers are spotlessly clean. Staff are the most helpful. I will be back for sure.

Brilliant stay, thoroughly enjoyed and will be back to stay again, facilities on site are great, toilets and shower blocks spotless. We didn't get to use the bistro as it was only open at weekends, but plenty of food in local area to sample and enjoy. Bakery in Balfron does some outstanding filled rolls. All in all, a great campsite and would recommend to anyone. Only downside was the exit out to join the main road, visibility is limited.

Beautiful site, very clean, had a dog enclosure so the dogs could run freely. The river was beautiful although we didn't catch anything. Clubhouse was lovely and the food was gorgeous. The indoor swimming pool and hot tub was great value, would definitely recommend this beautiful site.

Weather was awful but we loved it. Pool was great! A little disappointed with the bar bistro as we needed to book in and that was not mentioned. They only had an 8pm slot and that was too late for our little people. Very polite though and we had a drink and kids played in the park.

Lovely site but only 2 female showers near our pitches. Staff were lovely and great facilities otherwise. Restaurant staff really nice but not much choices and not that cheap.

I really do not like giving 5 stars for all, as I feel it 'looks iffy', but this site is immaculate. The fintry is off the main drag. This can be good for you if that is what you want. Toilets/ showers were brand new, so pristine and cleaned regularly. Had breakfast in the bistro. Wow, spot on and £9.00 for a full Scottish.

Will definitely be back, had lovely weather, the kids loved it! We booked for food, thought it was a bit expensive but can't be faulted to be honest. Hugh, Eva and the bar/restaurant staff definitely made you welcome. We met a few lovely residents and just enjoyed it from start to finish. The pods are lovely and spacious. The only thing missing was a wee camp fire but definitely will be back.

A nice clean site. The road down to the site was a bit narrow and full of potholes. The website advises you are allowed barbecues, however I asked on arrival and was advised we could not due to high insurance. Totally understandable, however there were lots of people having barbecues and also open fires, so this needs to be controlled better.

Great location and the kids loved the pool. The only negatives were that the shop had limited supplies, the Bistro was only open till 5 on Sunday and the entertainment could have perhaps started earlier than 9 pm.
