There is the option of grass or hardstanding pitches for tents and tourers alike, with ample space for an awning and a car. For those who prefer glamping, there is a lodge and a camping pod with a double bed, kitchenette area and plugs.

Lovely quiet site, with clean and tidy facilities. Owners were marvellous, nothing was too much trouble for them and they were always happy to help.

This site is amazing. The owners, Mick and Sheila, are very professional and helpful and always there to answer any questions. The added bonus of this site is the quiet with it being an Adult only site. The pitches are very well kept and the shower facilities are clean and functional. The fishing lake is very well stocked and good fishing. We liked the idea of paying for the electric when you leave so you only pay for what you use and the same with the fishing. Many other sites include this in the pitch fee. We will definitely be booking again. We didn't want to come home. I would add that the pub next door isn't open every day and only opens at 6.00pm on the days it is. Thank you for a great stay. Kenny and Marie x

We phoned ahead on the Friday evening as we were running late and this was not a problem. On arrival, we were met by the owner, Mick, and directed to our pitch. Really helpful instructions of where all the facilities were etc. Walked 2 mins to the local pub for a lovely evening with excellent food and drinks. Lovely open fire too. Very dog friendly as well. Lovely walks within a few mins of the site so ideal for our two dogs. Another lovely meal in the pub on the Saturday lunchtime and into the evening. Beautiful clean facilities which include a large shower room with w/c, a separate w/c too, washing up area as well. Plenty of recycling bins and a dog poo bin too. Ideal location for a quiet weekend away, and probably more for couples than young children but it depends on your requirements. Mick was excellent when we unfortunately got stuck on the very wet and sodden grass and helped us get off. Apart from the weather, we had a lovely weekend, met some lovely people and we look forward to returning sometime soon.

Absolutely superb campsite!! Great fishing, friendly and helpful owners and the pub next door was great too. Friendly locals, good food and beer. The weather was awful when I went, so I'll be back again next year when I can book at a better time of year.
