Had a great stay here for 2 nights, very cosy and lots of walks. There were nice pubs/restaurants nearby, great that it is dog friendly too, highly recommend.

Loved staying at the cabin. The place was clean, had everything we needed, and the view was incredible. The hot tub was a great addition. There's also a pub 5 minutes walk away that served great food. We will definitely be back.

From the moment we arrived it was "wow". We stayed in Bertie's Retreat which is finished to a high standard and is a very warm and comfortable place to stay. It has everything you need and we made use of the foldaway table for breakfast and our evening meals. Unfortunately, we were unable to use the lovely outside space at Bertie's Retreat due to the weather. We didn't use the hob tub which is extra. Perfect location to visit Eyam and walk along the Monsal trail. If doing the Monsal trail make sure you visit Quackers cafe at Thornbridge. We will definitely booking again for next year.

Fabulous stay, Bertie's hut was cosy, clean and comfortable. Everything we needed was there. The farm and grounds were peaceful, with lots of space and great views. We had some stunning hikes, some from our doorstep and others a 5-10 min drive away. The local pub was well worth a visit! We didn't use, or book the hot tub. Kitchen was well equipped and we cooked twice. The bed was very comfortable, so much so that the small size didn't bother us. The only downside I can think of is that there were no mosquito nets over the windows, which wasn't a big problem with cold September weather, but that can't be pleasant in the summer. We would definitely come back!
Fantastic!

We've just returned from a 2 night stay in Bertie's Retreat. The location and views are stunning. It's a quiet, rural location and just what we wanted. The facilities in the hut were great. We ate out at the local pub the first night and decided after a day of walking, we'd enjoy eating in the private garden area at the hut on the second night. Everything we needed to eat in was there, apart from the food of course! The kitchen and bathroom were well equipped and everywhere was spotless. We decided to book the hot tub which was just lovely. It took us a while to get the fire going but once we did, the hot tub was lovely and was even still warm the following morning. We met Penny just the once and was very friendly and on hand when we needed her. Nothing was too much trouble. We found the information left in the hut a great help as it gave suggestions of local walks, attractions, take-aways and much more. We would definitely recommend the Monsal Trail to see the waterfall, viaduct and tunnel. After the trail, you can enjoy pizza and a drink at Monsal Head with spectacular views! We can't recommend this place enough. We made some wonderful memories and will definitely be back! Thanks to Penny and all the farm for making our weekend perfect :)

Nice cabin in a secluded area that is ideal for visiting the Peak District. Cabins are of a high standard, apart from the Wi-Fi was not available during our stay but they were working to fix the issue. The other issue was even when the cabin is locked you can open the door with ease due to the door bolt inside not staying in place. These minor issues did not spoil our stay and I am sure the owners will fix these issues ASAP maintaining the high standard they already have in place. We would definitely recommend staying at this location if you want to visit the Peak District, or just have a relaxing stay with stunning views.

Nice, clean cabin with a comfy bed. Very quiet and peaceful and great views to wake up to in the morning and to sit out on a nice day. The showers were really nice and practical for after muddy walks, especially with a dog who loves mud.
Romantic retreat.

Really happy with our stay. The farm and surrounding areas are immaculate and beautiful. We stayed in Digby's hut and it was everything we hoped for. Really clean and very cosy. Lots of different walks from the front door. Not too far from Bakewell in the car. Just a perfect rural location. Would definitely recommend!

What a wonderful relaxing break. We enjoyed every minute of our stay. The owners have thought of everything, we will definitely be booking again but for longer next time. It went too quick, we didn't want too leave.

Superb accommodation, amazing views, so peaceful. Stayed in Middle cabin, Hare's Retreat. It was spotless, well set out. Bathroom was lovely. Wished we'd stayed longer. Couldn't fault it. George felt at home. Just needs a teapot as we'd brought leaves.

The view of the sunset is really open & nice, if the weather is good. Facilities are enough for cooking. Cleanliness could be better since it was slightly dusty in some places.

Me and my partner stayed here for the weekend as a base to go into Castleton for a gig on the Saturday. We absolutely loved it, just wish we could've stayed longer. Bertie's retreat is lovely and very private. The wood-fired hot tub was a great treat and made the weekend even more special. It's located in a fab area, unfortunately, we didn't get much chance to explore or do walks this time round but there seems to be many you can do straight from the site.

The wife and I had a little break away from it all and had the pleasure of staying here. Stunning scenery and a beautiful location nestled away. The shepherds hit was immaculate, with more than enough room for 2 adults. The hot tub is a must, although a little difficult to regulate the heat but once we had, it was great. Definitely recommend you choose here.

I was lucky enough to stop at Robins Nest Glamping Cabin with my partner as first weekend away with each other. We had a lovely time at the lodge and were even able to take my dog, Kenzo, which was an added bonus when so many places seem to not offer this facility. The lodge itself was concise but had everything you would need to rest your head after a busy day of exploring and have lovely views in the morning for breakfast and quick coffee. Upon arrival there was a really useful handbook which provided information on the lodge itself, local eateries, takeaways and tourist information. This really came in use on the first night when we really fancied a curry and boy were we not disappointed, the food was delicious! Despite being in the middle of a field we had excellent phone reception and tv signal but the green space surrounding us was perfect for our dog to roam without the fear of him getting lost. We also had use of the hot tub which despite the drizzly weather, made our stay extra special! Would certainly recommend this place and will be back to visit again!

Hares retreat was a lovely place with a wonderful view. It was very relaxing and the cabin had everything you'd need as well as a fabulous en-suite. My Sister and I stayed last week as she was desperate to try glamping. She was so excited and we both agreed that this was so much of a better experience than we had anticipated. The remote T.V. was fab, would glamp again.

This is a great hidden gem for a short getaway! Great value for money and very easy to access. The farm was very nice and peaceful. The area has great views and walks nearby. The pub in the nearby village was also very good and friendly. The hut was very clean and had everything we needed. We were provided with a book full of guides for everything in the hut and recommendations on what you can do in the day. We had a great stay, would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to stay in the Peak District.

While a little more pricey than other glamping sites, the stay was worth it. It was close to many exciting places in the Peak District and we would love to stay again soon.
