About Islecroft Caravan and Camping Park
Islecroft Caravan And Camping is a 1.4 acre flat site, within 400 yards of Dalbeattie's cafes, restaurants, shops and pubs - and yet family friendly and peaceful too. There are 30 pitches in total, all level and some on hardstanding. Most pitches have electric hook-up.
Open from 1 March to 31 January
Site facilities include showers and toilets, as well as a coin-operated laundry.
A park for the children is only a 5 minute walk away. Sandyhills Beach is around a 10 minute drive.

Site rules and policies
* Check in is after 1pm, check out is 12 noon
* At busy times, we may ask you to leave your car in the adjacent car park, under our CCTV camera.
* We want all our guests to enjoy their stay here in Dalbeattie, however, fire pits and close to ground BBQ's are not permitted, without prior consent.
*All dogs must be kept on a lead, and taken off site to do their business, however, we do have disposal bags should a mistake happen.
*Finally, please respect other campsite guests and later in the evening, please keep noise to a minimum, especially after 11-11.30 pm.
Things to do on site and in the Dalbeattie area
The site is adjacent to Colliston public park, with a kiddies play area.
Scotland's biking heaven, The 7 Stanes, is 2 km from the site.
Other local activities include visiting beaches, going for cliff-top walks, golf, fishing, tennis, and a putting green.
The beautiful Colvend Coast is a short drive away, along with the villages of Kippford and Rockcliffe with their rock pools and coastal paths.
The famous Red Kite trail and sanctuary is close by too.
