This was a lovely little site and near the town of Buxton and Bakewell, which weren't too far away. The site's amenities were excellent and spotlessly clean. There was a small kitchen with a fridge and freezer. Also an electric hob and microwave. There was also a washing machine. Within the amenities building, there was some comfy chairs and a dining table that could be used with a TV. There was an enclosed dog field that was excellent for our dog to run about. Within the ground, there were also cottages for hire that could accommodate large or small family groups. Fantastic site and would highly recommend a visit.

We stayed here for two nights and were able to book two pitches next to each other with friends. The pitches are well spaced, but we were very grateful to have our MotorMover to get our van into the pitch as it was quite shallow. There are no views from the pitch but we were out and about a lot so it didn't matter too much. The facilities were EXCELLENT. I'm very particular, the wet/dry area were completely separate which meant no soggy feet, plenty of hooks and a chair to put towels and clothes on. There were no push button showers which is bliss. My only very minor comment would be there is no shelf in the shower for shampoo bottle etc, but as I say very minor. Many other campsites could learn a lesson from this site. It's the small things (like hooks and chairs) that makes such a difference!

This is a really nice site, very clean and well maintained. The facilities were perfect for the size of the site and I particularly liked the totally enclosed dog run! I will definitely be going back there as there are still loads of nearby walks and plenty of exploring in Buxton and Bakewell.

Excellent and hygienic facilities, lovely and clean. Site was lovely and in a good location for exploring the area. Only downside was no views from our hard standing, but if you're out and about all day that's not a problem.

This site was spotless and the views were beautiful. Only thing that might improve it (and it’s a tiny thing) would be signposting to the pitches behind the barn.

This was a lovely place to stay. The facilities were first class and so clean. The only thing we have to say is we were not far from a road and the noise of the traffic was rather bad, as was the noise from the people on the pitch next door in their campervan slamming the door. Otherwise I would say pitch perfect!

Despite being next to a sometimes busy road, this site has some of the best facilities we've seen on a site. Quite a small site but close to a number of lovely Dales and not too far from Monsal Trail, so great for walking or biking.

Great little site. Fantastic dog field. Really neat, tidy and clean. Would have been nice to put a face to very helpful and fast responding owners. Garden maintenance team always discreet and greeted us with friendly smiles. Will hopefully revisit in the future.

The shower & toilet block were lovely, very clean and with big showers. There's a kitchen with a microwave, hob & washing machine, as well as a TV room. Great site, would highly recommend.

A really lovely well maintained park. The only thing we found annoying was the one way covid system still in place when accessing the indoor facilities. This meant a longer walk in the rain round the one way system to access the toilets and shower.

Very nice facilities. Liked the fully serviced pitch. Next to road but no road noise at night. No green areas for sitting out, but tidy and clean. Dog field is secure but small. Beautiful walking nearby. Sunsets were pretty.

Easy to find, in heart of Peak District. Small site, great facilities. Shower/toilet block is brand new. Kitchen and common room facilities were an unexpected bonus. We will definitely book again!
