Newgale Campsite is an ideal base for campers and tourers in the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park, set right by a two mile stretch of Newgale Beach's golden sands. It offers stunning views and top notch water sport activities such as fishing, canoeing and kayaking. Even if you're a beginner, thanks to a partnership with a local surfing school, this is a superb place to learn to surf. Tents, caravans, motorhomes and dogs are welcome.
About Newgale Campsite
Established in 1939, this site is set in a picturesque seafront spot, just 40m from the beach. It is aimed at families, couples and groups of friends looking to explore the gorgeous coastline. Pitches are set across 9 acres and include a limited number of electric hook-ups and fully serviced pitches. The site is dog friendly and set beside a dog friendly beach.
The site is open from Easter until mid October.

Grass pitches without electric hook ups.
30 x Grass Electric Pitches
Grass pitches with electric hook ups marked within a 12m x 6m boundary. No physical objects e.g guy ropes and chairs, are to be placed outside pitch boundaries.

Pitches including EHU and a fresh drinking water supply.

Things to do on site and in the Haverfordwest area
You're well placed for exploring along the coast, with an easy drive taking you across the whole national park. Without touching your car, you can access a host of water sport activities such as surfing, canoeing and kayaking or even adventurous coasteering.
The site has teamed up with The Big Blue Experience Surfing School, to give you fantastic surfing and kayaking instruction at the beach. Whether you need great advice from an expert or just to hire some equipment and get going, all you need is right here.
Burn off all your energy in the waves, or just relax in the sun, and then head to the other end of the beach, where the Pebbles Cafe and Beach Shop serves excellent coffee and food throughout the season.
