About Yet-y-Gors Campsite and Fishery
This site is unlike any campsite you would usually stay at. All hardstanding pitches are lakeside with electric hook ups. Convenient for the lakeside and fishing. Tent and non electric camper van pitches are to be found in a variety of locations around the site. You could pitch on the small field with facilities nearby. Or on the other hand, you are looking for a large individual pitch by a lake, surrounded by wildflowers and trees then we have a choice of pitches with hardstanding for your car or camper van. For those who do not mind carrying their tent and equipment in, there are several other quiet pitches. One of these areas is large enough for two-three large tents. You'll have your own area where you can sit by the lake and fish or just BBQ with a glass of wine whilst watching the wildlife. Later, enjoy the beautiful Pembrokeshire sunsets or admire the stars. Wildlife abounds with many different species of butterfly and moth, dragonfly and damselfly. Kingfishers are often seen, and you may be lucky enough to spot a water vole munching. There are four lakes in which customers are welcome to sit around or explore. You do not have to fish to enjoy the tranquillity and wildlife here either. The area's bird population is vast, including many types of tits, warblers and cheeky robins. Bring your rods and poles for a days fishing, or if there is no room in the car we have rods for hire. If you have not tried your hand at fishing and would like to give it a a go we have taster sessions available. Fishing tuition also available. Two static caravans are available for hire, including a 6 berth caravan with three bedrooms. The kitchen has a cooker, fridge and microwave, and the lounge has plenty of seating, along with TV/DVD. The second sleeps four in two bedrooms. Both vans have an outside seating area perfect for a BBQ.
