Hanley Orchards is a working farm camping and touring site that sits on the borders of Herefordshire and Worcestershire in the little village of Hanley Child. It's an excellent base for walking the famous Shellsey hill climb or visiting the historic local towns of Ludlow and Bewdley, home of the Severn Valley steam railway. With a hilltop camping field with stunning views, this site offers a peaceful space for campers and tourers to unwind.
A peaceful laid back atmosphere on an old fashioned working farm. Hanley Orchards is a friendly camping site on the borders of Herefordshire and Worcestershire in the small village of Hanley Child. The hilltop camping field offers remarkable views of the Teme Valley and surrounding countryside - an excellent spot to enjoy a magnificent sunset before looking up to the starry skies. Hardstanding pitches are also available. This incredibly peaceful site is far from the hustle and bustle, so if you're after a laidback, off-the-beaten-track camping experience, this is the spot for you. In fact, it's so quiet that the only sounds you usually hear are the resident red kite, buzzards and maybe the odd owl. Make sure to pop by to the nearby historic town of Ludlow and wander across to the many defence castles along the Welsh borderlands nearby.
