It's a perfect base to explore the Llyn Peninsula, or why not take a drive over to the beautiful Snowdonia National Park too, there's no end to the adventures you'll discover on your doorstep here.

About Abererch Sands Holiday Centre
Nothing beats a holiday by the sea, and this site really delivers on that promise. Nestled right next to a four mile long sandy beach running the length of the site, and with the stunning backdrop of the Snowdonia Mountain Range, you'll enjoy breath taking views from your pitch. Set up the tent or pitch your tourer or motorhome on flat grass pitches with electric hook ups. There's plenty of space for awnings, too, and it's all in walking distance from the stunning beach! Looking out over beautiful Cardigan Bay, there's also direct access to the coastal path here, perfect for walkers. A maximum of two well behaved dogs are welcome here too, as long as they are kept on a lead. Raised off the ground barbecues are permitted and raised off the ground small fire pits are allowed at the management's discretion.

Site facilities include a toilet and shower block with shaver and hairdryer sockets, as well as a disabled toilet.
There is a launderette and dishwashing area and an indoor pool (open seasonally from Easter and during school holidays in the mornings and afternoons, a small fee applies). WiFi is available to purchase and there is also a playground on site for children.
Less than a ten minute drive away is the town of Pwllheli with a range of supermarkets, cafes and restaurants.

Site rules and policies
*The hire of pitches is for families only.
*Pitches are available from 12 noon on the day of arrival & must be vacated by 12 noon on the day of departure, otherwise an extra 24 hours stay may be charged.
*All vehicles must keep their speed below 10mph on site.
*Well behaved dogs (maximum of two dogs only) are accepted on condition that:
- They are kept on a lead at all times that they are on site.
- Dog owners are responsible for removing fouling
- The Management reserves the right to refuse permission to certain types & sizes of dogs
- Dogs are not allowed in the toilet/shower facilities
*Open fires and ground level barbecues are not permitted on the site, beach or dunes.
*Raised off the ground barbecues are permitted.
*Raised off the ground small fire pits are allowed at the management's discretion, if used responsibly.
*Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am.
Things to do on site and in the Pwllheli area
With temperate waters and a lovely beach in walking distance of your base, it's not hard to imagine where you'll spend most of your days. Lounge on the sparkling sands, play games with the kids or just take it easy - the choice is yours.
The pretty Cambrian Coast railway can be joined straight from Abererch Sands, taking in the lovely scenery along the Cardigan Bay coastline, it's the perfect way to enjoy car free sightseeing.
Castle fans can visit atmospheric battlements and fascinating history at Caernarfon Castle, Harlech Castle and Criccieth Castle.
Golf lovers will get into their swing with great courses at Pwllheli, Nefyn and many more to choose from.
