Absolutely lovely campsite. Very clean restaurant, nice food and lots on the menu. Fabulous walks around the site and plenty to do for the kids. Highly recommended. Keep up the good work. The staff are very helpful and friendly. I'll definitely be back.

Lovely well maintained and clean site. Restaurant food excellent....covered outside area for those like us with dogs.....shame it wasn't a bit more enclosed against the elements though. Staff friendly and helpful.

First time we have been here, it was very relaxing. A lovely clubhouse, great crazy golf. Only slight problem was the bar shuts at 9, which I think is too early, but that wouldn't stop me coming as I'm not a drinker. I shall return very soon, highly recommend 😀
Fabulous!

This site is conveniently located for touring the Broads and Great Yarmouth coast in a tranquil wooded setting. The facilities were very clean, close to the pitches and plenty of them. Very friendly staff and I liked the provision of dog beds and biscuits in the outdoor seating area of the restaurant. Food was excellent and served very quickly. Would definitely recommend this site.

We loved the park. Beautiful surroundings, the clubhouse food was amazing and staff were friendly. Will definitely return. Pitches are a great size. We were in the orchard pitch 102. Lovely and spacious and gets the sun. It isn't the place if you want to go with friends and face your vans together. All in all had a great stay. Our stay was after the school holidays so it was quiet, don't know what it's like in the summer.
Very pleasant stay

Cannot fault the site or the site staff, each and everyone we spoke to were absolutely lovely. The only thing I can fault is the lack of items in the shop appertaining to caravan accessories, not much at all, but where do you draw the line. Nothing really to complain about, great stay. Thank you all.

Beautiful relaxing site, very peaceful. Toilet blocks are very clean but starting to show their age. Good access to site. Would happily return and try the restaurant next time.
Nice surroundings, everything else disappointing

Nice location. The bar / restaurant was a little chaotic, we were turned away on Saturday night at 8pm after being told it was too busy and that the staff needed to get home on time. They were 1/3 full at the time. Sadly, we were then turned away at 10:30 am the next morning for breakfast as they were busy setting up for lunch. The pitches themselves are very good - slightly difficult to park in and we were covered in pigeons all night (as were everyone else in the meadows) Shower facilities were very clean as was the rest of the site If the restaurant was improved, I'm sure it would be a nice place to visit.
First time visiting and will definitely be returning

Me and my partner decided to make a last-minute booking during the weekend predicted with heavy rain and 50 mile an hour winds. Perfect location, sheltered from the wind, great clubhouse and all-round fantastic place.

This park is wonderful, the photos on the website don't show just how beautiful it is and Basecamp is very good and much bigger than the photos suggest. The food is so good with huge portions and very friendly staff. My only complaint would be the bin area by the tents as they were over full and smelly, also the toilets weren't as clean as ones nearer Basecamp. The facilities are great and we are already planning our next visit.
Excellent, the best I've been to

Having not camped for a number of years, we did not know what to expect. The booking team were excellent and had booked a site near the facilities, as John is 80 and not that mobile. The pitch was lovely and large and the whole site was so well cared for and the washrooms were some of the cleanest I have ever seen in the UK. The cleaners were so good and so caring- thank you all. I was unaware of how big the site was until I walked around, but there was no noise after 10pm and the help we got was incredible. We ate in the restaurant on Thursday and the food and service were again excellent. Thank you all for making our first trip out so special, we will be back.

Great couple of days spent. Lovely site, enough to do to keep our kids (8 & 10) entertained (they loved the zip lines). Clean, well presented. Take ear plugs because you're in the woods and birds wake up very early! Truly lovely location. Not enough staff at the club house (but were actively advertising for staff). Will visit again.
Great site, would definitely return

The pitch was perfect, private and large enough for caravan, car and awning, with space also to sit outside to enjoy the sunshine and birdsong. The amenities were spotless and spacious. Basecamp served good quality food for a reasonable price and had a good choice of drinks. The cakes were yummy too. Clippesby is a great base for exploring the Broads and also to investigate further but you can happily stay on site and wander through the woods or have a go at golf. We would recommend this site to anyone visiting the area and plan to return as 5 nights was not really long enough.

We had a great stay here for the long weekend, despite the inconsistent weather! The pitches are spacious and well laid out, with plenty of open space. They also had trees/bushes to separate different areas. The site was peaceful, with lots of birds to be heard in the early hours of the morning! It was also very family friendly and there were many facilities such as a restaurant, shop and play equipment. The toilets/showers were clean and located a short walk from our pitch, although the closest block was closed for maintenance. We had a nice meal at the restaurant, we had to sit outside with our dog but luckily it was a lovely evening! We also visited some of the local attractions including a woodland and the beach. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.

I'm coeliac and wasn't expecting to be able to eat out safely, however the food in the bar/restaurant was amazing and the staff were so accommodating (especially Ruby, special thanks to you!) and reassuring when it came to my dietary requirements. The staff were also mega helpful in general and any enquiries I had were swiftly answered. They made my first ever stay in a caravan very enjoyable and I'd highly recommend it to anyone. It's also close to a couple of pubs and some lovely scenic walks and the facilities on site are fab. Overall, amazing!!

Great little location just outside Acle with easy Broads access. Restaurant and bar onsite, although menu is a more "little chef" than anything. Go to any of the pubs locally for gourmet food. Good service and attitude from all staff. Will go back.

Lovely site in the woods. Very nice showers, better than any I've seen before. Staff very helpful. Only complaint is the launderette. The cost of the washing machine is fair at £3.50 but to charge £1.00 for only 8 minutes in the dryer is a lot. I ended up spending £15.00 on one load of washing and still had to hang things in the caravan overnight to finish drying.
Site's response
Thank you for your feedback Denise, you're very kind to note the premises and facilities, we are glad you like them. The Launderette costs do indeed seem high. I will look into the tumble dryer cycle and check for a fault. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I would expect clothes to be dry for less money. If you return at some point, please reference our conversation and if we find the machines to be calibrated incorrectly, we can reimburse the difference. Lee

Really loved the feeling of being in the forest. The dog loved her walks and was super happy to smell out where the rabbits had been, there was lots of nature to enjoy! Restaurant was very clean and food looked lovely - a little expensive, but good quality. There is an outside area to sit under cover, even blankets and doggie beds so you can have a drink and a meal while still bringing your pooch along. Definitely will be going again and again.
