Dog friendly and well suited to family camping just 10 minutes walk to Happisburgh beach, Manor Caravan Park is a great base on the Norfolk coast. There are a mix of grass non electric and electric pitches, for tents and tourers alike set across spacious fields with views over the lighthouse. Fantastic campsite, friendly staff, well maintained. Location was perfect walking distance to the beach on evenings strolls, pub and shop near by. Spoilt for choice. 10/10, will be going there again.

Generally really good site, lots of families there. Plenty of grass for playing, although could do with a separate area, especially for football. Facilities nice but need to educate guests about use of Elsan waste instead of toilet...yuck! Visiting foodie trucks, pub down the road and site well kept. Mix of static, tourers, campervans and lots of tents! Local area quiet really but close to lots of other seaside locations.

A beautiful location with plenty of gorgeous walks nearby. The site staff were very pleasant and helpful. The site was peaceful although it was a busy time of year. Clean toilets and plenty of room in the well-designed shower cubicles.

This site was perfect for us. During the evening, it was lovely sitting outside and enjoying the evening sun. There's one pub in the village. If you want to eat there, booking in advance is advisable and the kitchen closes at 20:00. However, if you don't want food, the beer's great! The site facilities are adequate, but there are rush hours for showers (2 in males and presume female too) and one rain shower in separate building for drenching your little angels off, just if you fancy getting more wet, and you don't have to keep hitting the annoying timer button to keep water flowing. The site is quite open as you'd expect being on the coast, and when the wind gets up, a lot of awnings (ours included) tried to fold themselves up. Obviously, if I was smarter, I would have turned van around and put it on the Leigh side, but I'm not so I didn't. If your pitch is halfway between EHU and water, you'll need a decent length hose pipe. Ours was 6ft (2 meters for the metric bods) too short. Borrowed next door's, so all good. We had a "Lighthouse" view but don't pay extra as all the pitches appear to have too. The gate guards were great, we arrived late, very late at 22:15. We called ahead expecting to spend the night in a car park, but the chap was an absolute star and didn't bat an eyelid. Very accommodating indeed, after a 7 hour drive from Swanage, we were very happy, and so was the Spaniel and 3 kids. Little shop sells basic stuff you'd need in an emergency food situation, and beer. Great Chinese takeaway and fish 'n' chips about a 7 minute drive. We will definitely absolutely be back, hopefully in the winter, motorhome heater is fab. After our somewhat unorthodox arrival later at night, I apologised to both next doors and they graciously accepted, no beer involved.

Very friendly and helpful staff, site is flat, very well maintained and spotlessly clean. It's a great base to get out and see more of this part of Norfolk as well as the local area, village, beach, lighthouse etc.

We booked this campsite last minute to test out a new tent, having previously stayed at ready tents for the last few years. We wanted to be able to walk everywhere from the tent and not use the car. The campsite was perfect, clean facilities. The site was a short walk from the beach which was amazing and not overcrowded. Definitely worth booking.

Was really happy with the stay. The place was really clean to a high standard. A bit of a walk from the beach but worth it as you can experience the countryside from the walk. Definitely would go back there again.

This is a very nice well kept site within a 15 minute walk to the beach. The staff were friendly and helpful. There aren't any facilities on the site for children and we found there wasn't quite enough showers for the busy holiday period. Our pitch was close to the toilet block and we found the music coming out of them a bit loud after 10pm, but overall, a pleasant stay.

We loved staying at this site, 10/15 mins walk to the beach and pretty location. Everyone, including those staying on site, were super friendly and, especially Simon who showed us to our pitch. The site is immaculate, the facilities were so clean, showers and toilets fantastic! We will definitely be back!

We booked 4 nights, but had to leave early as my husband was ill. The site was lovely, can get to the beach from the site, pub just a few minutes up the road. Views from the church where lovely, sign posted walks through the village on beach road for a choice of walks, Wroxham about 7 miles away would be worth a visit, looked lovely, we only drove through it due to illness. Site is well kept, showers outstanding, very relaxed about pitches plenty of room. A pie van turned up on Friday tea, which looked and smelled lovely. Also, we forgot our dog leads, a they lady on reception kindly borrowed us 2 which was much appreciated. Would return as feel we missed out on exploring the area fully.

Arrived later than expected due to a number of incidents, but the hosts were great and very pleasant. The site is just perfect in every way. We stayed on the field (no electric) in our motorhome which has solar panels, but with two large dogs we were able to pick our spot and had plenty of room. The facilities are great with a small reception and a small store, with a brand new shower and toilet block in the centre of the site. The location in a small village was perfect for our needs, giving us great access to plenty of walks and long stretches of beach. There is a small local pub within walking distance which served meals and real ales. We had an excellent stay here and will definitely be back later in the year. Definitely 5 stars.

Lovely campsite and location, highly recommended to friends and family. Very friendly and helpful staff. Super clean facilities. Only 1 suggestion would be if staff could monitor noise levels after 11:00pm as it got noisy with big groups late evening, through to the early hours.

I don't know where to start. The campsite is simply brilliant. We stayed for one night in a tent on Church View. But you can see clearly the church and the lighthouse and the views are stunning. The staff are so friendly and welcoming and the facilities are immaculate and constantly cleaned and checked. We went with our children, 1 and 4 and they loved it. The camp is family and dog friendly. Day and night, the location is so quiet and peaceful, just want you want for a quick relax and chill over the weekend. I really cannot recommend enough. We will be returning very soon and for the whole weekend too. Superb!

On arrival to the campsite, we were escorted to our pitch by the guy who drove a little golf buggy. He explained how to pitch and gave us an option of a few others, but we were really happy with it. We were next to the immaculate toilet and shower blocks. There is a launderette and camp shop on site, which was always fully stocked. We had the view of the lighthouse and church and was just perfect. On Sundays, you can climb up to the church tower which is 133 spiralling ones. Hard work but breath-taking views. There is a little pub 5 minutes walk away and a pint was well needed after that. It's about a 15 minute walk to the lighthouse and onto the beach where you can let your dog off and plenty of walks in the area. We couldn't find fault with anything at all. Oh, and a little fish and chip van is on site on Saturday evenings. Well worth the money and will definitely be back.
