Really nice clean and tidy site. It attracts a really nice crowd as well. Everyone staying here is respectable and sticks to the rules. It's quite basic, you get toilets, washing up facilities, little play Park for kids, basketball hoop and football goals. But I have to say the managers Ian and Steve are very welcoming. They really help you out if you need it. My saucepan was burnt and Ian went and got Bicarbonate of soda and some spray to help me clean it, (it's the little things). The site is also flat, I've had trouble camping in a field on a hill where kids were rolling out the bed when sleeping lol, so that's another bonus. I would defo visit again!

The site on the weekday nights was lovely and chilled, when it came to the Friday night, there was a group who were not being considerate of the other people on site. Our kids were telling us that people were swearing etc. We ended up packing up at 9pm and leaving, but this is not the parks fault I guess.

I had a problem with my car and site allowed me to leave my trailer on site until I could have it towed away later in the day, allowing me time to get organised with the children and arranging family to come and help. The facilities are clean and well presented, and we had a good size pitch. This site was suited for our needs, as we were visiting /meeting with family visiting from Europe, who were staying locally.
Great place to camp

My husband & I stayed here with our dog and absolutely loved it. The staff were so friendly & helpful. We had a tent with electrical hook up. Great location to explore Kent. You can use tyre inners on paving slabs to make a fire pit which they supply and you can buy the logs from the office. Also can put your ice packs in their freezer daily to keep your food fresh. Staff were constantly in & out the toilets making sure loo rolls topped up and cleaned twice daily. Only one point to note, get in shower early in the mornings or hot water will run out. Or just shower in the afternoon/ evenings when it's reheated again. Would definitely go back again, we really enjoyed our stay there.

The showers were tiny but hot and had good pressure. There was a little hole in the ladies toilet. The site was very empty when we went, we barely saw anyone!! The campsite is fine if you want a peaceful time though. We drove to local towns and couldn't find a single restaurant… although we did find a few pubs which were ok.
