Lovely site. Facilities are really nice, little kids play parks are well kept. Site was a great happy family atmosphere for a sunny, but chilly at night, Easter weekend. Nice walking trail up to the stone circle and amazing views run past the campsite. 2 lovely pubs in the local village also! We had a great little stay. Thank you.

Cleanliness of facilities was to a high standard. Location is perfect, with lots of picturesque walks & 2 great pubs just 300 yards away. The playground is great & we loved the llamas too. The only negative feedback was that the hot water ran out a couple of times during our stay, but other than that it was fabulous & we'll definitely return. Thank you!

Fabulous site, facilities clean and always stocked up. Staff friendly and helpful. Only negative is that you have to ask every time you needed the shop, so put it off using it as we didn't want to keep annoying anyone, plus only open Monday to Friday. Fabulous pub, The Druids Inn, was a 5 mins walk - homemade food with great service. We had a lovely time.

Great place to stay. Two pubs within 10 mins walk of the site. We had an amazing meal at The Druid's Inn - 20 minute drive to Bakewell. Lovely walks from site - definitely stay here again.

Lovely site in a great location, which would be even better if it had a little bar.

We stayed here as a base to for walking. Nine Ladies Stone Circle is only half hour walk away and to go to the Matlock illuminations. Great little campsite, will be returning in the near future.

Second time we've stayed at Barn Farm and will definitely be returning....it's a lovely dog friendly site with clean facilities and the staff are great. There are several fantastic walks on your doorstep and 2 country pubs within easy walking distance (about 10 min). Site can get busy on Bank Hols & summer weekends but don't they all!! At least here you are well spaced if it is busy. Highly recommended👍😁

Lovely place to stay, beautiful views and excellent facilities. However, not the best place if you're wanting to do cycling as you have to drive to get on cycle routes to avoid cycling on the main roads.

A lovely campsite, clean, good facilities, friendly staff. Two dog friendly pubs close by. Convenient for Chatsworth House (15 mins drive). We arrived a bit later than anticipated and the reception staff had gone home even though they advertise reception open until 8pm on a Friday. Wasn't a problem as we found our site but definitely call ahead if you are delayed. Had a games room for teens but we didn't use it. Peacocks roaming freely.
Great location, lovely local pub too!

Lovely site, easy access to Matlock Bath. Good facilities, nice big showers. Our hard standing pitch was a little uneven so a few blocks were required to level the caravan, but not too bad. We will definitely return.

This is a lovely campsite. Campsite has plenty of toilets and showers for the campers. The showers near reception were very spacious. There are lovely walks from this campsite and the village has 2 pubs which can easily be walked to!
