About Hurley Riverside Park

This is the perfect family friendly getaway for nature lovers in the South East. With the lush green countryside of the Thames Valley all around, red kites circling above, and the river traffic gliding by, you won't feel like you're just an hour outside London. This is a fantastic base for campers fleeing the frenzy of urban living while being only five miles from Henley and ten miles from Windsor. Pitch up at a tree-lined touring park which covers an area of 15 acres of flat, well-drained grass surrounded by hedges and trees. It is split into five different fields that are divided into several sheltered areas containing marked pitches. All pitches have an electric hook-up and tourers, tents, motorhomes and RVs are welcome. There's also a paddock used for bank holiday camping only, with no electric - the space is used as a play area at other times. There are also a number of four and six berth caravan holiday homes, with the choice of a Friday or Saturday arrival, plinth or central heating and two or three bedrooms - there's something for everyone. The park has previously won the prestigious David Bellamy Gold Award for conservation and has even won their rare Special Distinction Award.

Hurley Riverside Park is open from 01/03 to 31/10 in 2024 and 2025.

A note from the site themselves...

Our family-friendly park has been run by four generations of the same family since 1926. With direct access to the River Thames and the Thames Path, we are perfect for lovers of the river and walkers alike.

We have won the prestigious David Bellamy Gold Award for Conservation since it began in 1997 and have even won their rare Special Distinction Award. To teach children about the local wildlife we have a self-guided nature trail which follows the length of the campsite, the perfect way for us to get little ones involved!

Motorhome - Electric Premium Pitches (Hazel)Oct 2024

Got a warm welcome at first when you have to wait in vehicle for a member of staff to come out to check you in. The lady was friendly and helpful. Pitch was nice. The toilet block opposite is 5 star, the other block, not so good. Loose toilet to the point it would easily fall over and looking a bit older. Went to on site shop/reception, a bit disappointed as I felt like I was a bit of an inconvenience asking for directions and buying some milk. Was going to report toilet but didn't want to feel an inconvenience again. Maybe they have other things to deal with. However, it is a good clean site and worth a visit.

Great place, facilities, location and staff!
