A well equipped site, electric, potable water next to tent pitches and nearby basin and toilet facilities. Beautiful location and very friendly, welcoming staff - star gazing easy in this location with little light pollution. Somewhat let down with nearby toilet facilities being locked up, I assume for low season and not being able to access fire pits outside of shop hours was very frustrating.

A beautiful location, nestled in the foothills of Eryri. Really well kept pitches. Everything was clean and tidy. Friendly staff and a small on-site shop.

Loved this place, it had its own dog walk, a lovely river and surrounded by mountains. One of the cleanest sites I have been on.

Staff could be friendlier and more helpful. Location is great. Has showers and toilets and electric bays. The staff were unhelpful and at times rude.

A beautiful site with stunning views. Clean facilities, with really friendly and helpful staff. Stunning countryside walks from site, but the main road from the site has no footpath. There is an hourly bus service which stops at the site, we found this excellent, giving us easy access to Caernarfon, Llanberis and Beddgelert. We will be coming back!

This campsite is in a very convenient location to start a trek up Mount Snowdon. It is a 5 minute drive to the start point of both the Snowdon Ranger Path or Rhyd Ddu (alternatively there is a bus stop right at the entrance of the camp which drops you in both spots). Everything on camp was immaculate, from the games room to the shower blocks. I stayed in a tent on the non-electric pitches and was given a lovely and quiet spot (G9) by the river, which was a lovely sound to fall asleep to. The reception staff and all other staff I spoke to were all equally nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend this site and will return.

An outstanding, friendly, well maintained and organised site. Made to feel very welcome by the staff, especially Kirsty. Would highly recommend and would rebook without a moment's hesitation.

Lovely layout, beautiful views, super clean facilities, friendly staff. This is a great spot to explore Snowdonia. This site is big but feels secluded as it is set into different areas each of which is divided by trees and bushes. The campsite appeared to be at minimum capacity but this didn't stop the staff making sure every part of it was meticulously clean. The toilet facilities were immaculate. The dog walk on site was the best we had encountered being lengthy and a real effort had been made to make it pleasant. We did not have to ask the staff for any assistance until the last day when, due to a personal issue at home, I needed access to the internet to sort it so asked, if needed, could we just stay until I had it sorted. We were all packed up ready to go but still on our pitch. I was told we would have to move the caravan off the pitch and down a steep slope to a parking area. Had the campsite been at capacity I would totally get this but it was far from it so I feel that a little more consideration could have been given, it would have helped the stress levels!

Too windy to not mention in the sales particulars

Had it been made clear this site was subject to intense and regular winds, we would never have booked. As a family, we rely on the space offered by an awning. Paid for the awning for 7 nights and had to take it down after first night at the suggestion of the seasonal pitch holders to prevent destruction. We did and there was no offer of a refund. The seasonal pitches stated it was a common occurrence and most had lost awnings. There were several tents destroyed whilst we were there and ruined awnings. I felt this could be highlighted in the sales particulars. Some pitches are protected and are fine, most are not. Suitable only to those not using awnings or tents on the majority of pitches.
Absolutely amazing!

Excellent stay at this campsite. Got a great pitch, lovely views! Only thing I would say is the toilets seemed to get closed and cleaned at peak time 8-9ish in the morning, which made it a bit longer to get everyone ready. Other than that, all the staff were lovely and really helpful. Definitely recommend.

A stunning place to stay with exceptionally helpful and kind staff. It was very clean and lovely for children and adults alike. The tipsy trailer and the pizza van are a lovely touch, they have a well stocked shop for the necessities and a great little games room. A special mention to Bev in the office who was really kind and helpful when we needed a hand after a windy night. Can't wait to go back.

Very, very clean and tidy site, all members of staff that we met were so friendly and helpful. Set in beautiful surroundings, loved the designated dog walking area right next to our plot, The food bar on site (Yr Wyddfa) was very nice, Welsh black beef bap with chips and gravy was amazing, toilet and shower block was very clean and tidy, we will be returning.

Overall, the stay was enjoyable. However, the toilets and showers are somewhat lacking. Some residents were not adhering to the "quiet time" set by the campsite and would be good to have a couple of fields as adults only.

A stunning location, very friendly members of staff. Only down side was that I found that there were not enough toilets for the number of pitches and they were pretty dirty and grubby. Which, I know is to be expected. However, I have stayed in places where the facilities have been much cleaner and on a larger campsite. Can't take away from the fact though that it was a stunning location.
