Fantastic site, with great facilities. Very clean and organised. Our second visit as we enjoyed so much. The peacocks roaming were an added touch, and the Alpaca farm at the end of the drive were cute! Washing machines and dryers, plenty of clean toilets and showers, barbecue area under cover for campers if its raining and a lovely games room too. Very helpful site staff too. In small village between Matlock and Bakewell. If you want a meal at either of the two pubs within walking distance of site you need to book! Although on Fridays in season there is a pizza oven on site and the local Indian takeaway will deliver!

Such a lovely park with awesome walks and surrounding area. Local pubs are good and there's a kids play area suited more to younger children, and a games room suited to teenagers. The pitches are rather unlevel and not reservable upon booking, which is a shame. All in all 4/5 ….. we've been visiting for the past three years and are returning later this year for Bank Holiday fun.

We enjoyed our stay so much but every time we had a shower or pot washed the water was cold. The family we stayed with always got hot water every time so it must be a bit hit and miss. But would 100% recommend as it was so beautiful and lovely and clean.

This site is one of the best maintained sites I have been on. Beautiful location, beautifully clean facilities, helpful staff and incredible views. Fabulous play area and a swing ball and badminton net for kids. Two local pubs in the village and some beautiful walks. The manager was so helpful and showed us round some of the barns they rent out. Ideal if you have family members who don't camp. We will be returning in June.

Had a fantastic weekend at Barn Farm right next to Stanton Moor; lovely place, very clean and great service. There are two pubs in the village just a 10 min walk away that do lovely food. Will definitely stay again.

Perfect retreat for walking and relaxing. Owners were brilliant and the pheasants walking round the site was beautiful. Great walks all within minutes of site. We were so impressed we've booked already for June Bank Holiday.
