About The Paddocks Touring Park

With onsite horse riding, a play park and an award-winning restaurant and bar, this family friendly touring site is a lovely spot close to the West Scotland coast. In total there are 30 all weather hardstanding pitches, each measuring 6.5m x 9m and allowing a maximum of six people in caravans, motorhomes and RVs. Each one comes complete with 32 amp electric hook up, water supply and waste drainage. For keen horse riders lessons are available as well as guided walk arounds, there's also the option to have a pony party should you be visiting for a special occasion. The site are very eco-concious, growing all of the flowers, plants, vegetables and herbs used throughout the restaurant in three 30 metre polytunnels. They even have their own beehives and guests are welcome to purchase some of this honey to take home! A maximum of two dogs are welcome per pitch, just please ensure they remain on the lead. Campfires are not permitted onsite, sorry.

Facilities and amenities

Onsite facilities include men's and women's toilets and showers (each with communal changing areas), laundry (additional cost), washing up, WiFi, 24 hour security, a children's play park and horse riding lessons. There are also six electric vehicle charging points.

The award-winning onsite restaurant and bar serves breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner, with a drinks delivery service available between 12pm - 8pm. There is also live music on Saturday evenings. For food shopping, there is a Co-op a 15 minute walk away in Bishopton.
