Suitable for tents and small campervans only, select a range of grass pitches located on the doorstep of this traditional country pub. Bunk barn accommodation also available, catering for small and large groups.
About The Royal Oak
The camping grounds here are located towards the rear of the pub, with 20 pitches spread across two levels and boasting direct access to the Tissington and High Peak trails. The site offers designated pitches ensuring that guests have space provided for both a tent and car. Choose from standard pitches (6m x 8m), large pitches (8m x 10m) and super pitches (8m x 12m). All pitches are on grass - no electric hook ups or hardstanding. Super pitches also include a picnic bench and fire pit with BBQ. The Bunk Barn onsite is set in a superb rural location and welcomes both small or large groups. Please note that the site does not allow motorhomes and only accepts small campervans. Nothing larger than a VW camper will be admitted onto the site as the site cannot guarantee access due to weather conditions.
