About Bank House Farm
Lying on the Manifold River and the grounds of a Victorian farmhouse, Bank House Farm is the ideal base for your break in the Peak District! It's located in a pretty hamlet of Hulme End, just 20 minutes from bustling Ashbourne and the spa town of Buxton. Spread across 15 acres, the site is home to spacious riverside and non-riverside pitches for campers and tourers. Choose from grass and hardstanding pitches with the option of 16 amp electric hook-ups as well as large fully serviced pitches (water and grey waste facilities) too. The Meadow Field is just over a toll bridge for relaxed and freestyle camping, with all facilities around a five-minute walk away. Alternatively, the Top Field is on the same side as the facilities, with electric and non-electric grass pitches. There is also a fully serviced hardstanding pitch with a semi-enclosed garden complete with 16 amp electric, water and waste drainage. A maximum of two dogs are welcome per pitch, and the site has a great five-acre dog walking field where you can take them for a stroll. Raised fire pits and BBQs are also welcome. The site has previously won the Platinum Loo of the Year award multiple times, for its modern facilities with underfloor heating.
Grass pitches are available from May until the end of September, hardstanding pitches are available from March until the beginning of November.
