The Shepherd's hut was beautifully appointed, it was cosy and warm with all the facilities you could want (including a very friendly little black cat). The views over the field of horses, sheep and alpacas with the sea and mountains in the distance was just lovely. The owner couldn't be more helpful and friendly. Ardderchog (excellent)!
The best trip ever!

I had the best time with my doggie camping at Glyncoch Isaf Farm! There is a variety of different animals to admire and the llama coop is in the middle of the camping field, a beautiful view to wake up to! The staff were all so lovely and helpful ! I am so so excited to go back for another getaway with my doggie!

Absolutely brilliant campsite. We loved everything about it. The site was split in to different areas, meaning you weren't crowded and the facilities, including an outdoor kitchen with toaster, kettle, microwave and fridges, along with a barn style living/play room was a huge bonus. All the toilets and showers were impeccable all the time. There are free fire pits to hire and you can buy wood from the owner, Leanne. Leanne was great with communication and went above and beyond to help us out. She even offered to pick us up from the local village as we couldn't get a taxi (we decided to walk the wine off). The site's added bonus is the variety of animals onsite, perfect for kids, and not to mention the unique woodland play area. If you're not up for "true" camping, Leanne offers bell tents and a yurt with those extra home comforts. We've found our new happy place and can't wait to come back.

Absolutely perfect! Will definitely be back. Beaches nearby we love New Quay and Llangranog, this site is in the middle so can go either direction. The farm animals are lovely. Toilets and showers all really clean. Leanne is very helpful and friendly. Perfect location totally at peace with nature for time out away from reality.

We had a lovey stay in one of the bell tents. My children were very excited and loved their experience. They loved waking up to the animals and enjoyed playing on the climbing frame. It was very peaceful, just what we were looking for, and close to some beautiful beaches. The facilities were clean, beds were clean and we had everything we needed for cooking meals and washing up. We had the best time ☺️

We took our two little ones camping for the first time, the bell tents were perfect for this. They were clean and well presented and in a nice spot on site, not too close to other people. The toilets and showers were very clean, which we liked, the fridges were a good size too. We found the play barn a little grubby but nice to have. The park was my kids very favourite bit, very unique to other parks and the animals on site was a bonus. We had bad luck with the weather but still really enjoyed our stay. You have to pay £100 cash deposit when staying and you get a little inspection before leaving to make sure things are okay, we had to lose £10 of this due to one of the sheets being a bit muddy (which was hard to keep from happening due to the rain and two small children) but we understood and was ok with it.

Very good experience, loved the gypsy caravan the kitchenette was very useful. Owner was very friendly and helpful. One poor point, need a proper light in the lean too.

A great, quiet campsite. Ideal for kids who can either play in the middle with other children or explore the animals and play area. Would definitely recommend. Leanne was very helpful and was always available.

Good site with cool little extras, like lamas, goats and little woodland park that the kids loved. Showers and toilets are good and clean. Electrics went off at once point, but sorted quickly. Staff/owners are very responsive with any issues. All in all, a good first camping trip. We'll be back for sure! P. S. 3 miles to Llangrannog beach and it's lush!
Beautiful, welcoming site, thoroughly enjoyed!

We had a wonderful stay at Glyncoch Isaf Farm. It is now our favourite site and we'll definitely be returning. It's a beautifully kept site, with a lovely play area and the kids couldn't get enough of the animals - Winnie the dog in particular! The facilities were spotless and the microwave, toaster, kettle and fridges were a helpful touch. The barn was another place of interest for the kids and with the weather being typically awful, was a god send when getting set up. Leanne and family should be so proud of what they have achieved, I can't believe they've created and maintains this sanctuary all by themselves! You can see the love and care that goes into all aspects. Our daily trips to see the animals getting fed, was met with a really warm welcome from Jane. Learning about the animals and getting up close absolutely made the trip. Everyone was really warm and welcoming. A peaceful, friendly, down to earth site where everyone made the effort to interact and would suite all types of groups. Thanks for making our stay so enjoyable, we'll see you and Winnie soon.
Beautiful, clean site, highly recommended

Two adults, 5 children from 5-17, fairly well seasoned campers. This is one of the best campsites we have stayed at over the last 5 years. The large field for football, kite flying or just running off energy was extremely useful. The kids all loved the outdoor play area, with climbing frame, swings, and it was nicely covered with established trees to protect from the elements. The older boys enjoyed the indoor barn with pool table and giant connect four, and many, many sofas for them to watch their phones in peace away from their siblings. The showers (£1 for 5 mins) were clean and hot and felt amazing after the rain! Toilets were nicely decorated, clean and well lit. We didn't use the washing machine, but there was one on site. Sinks for washing up were covered and clean. Excellent touches and helpful additions were the fridges, the kettle, toaster and microwave - very useful. The kids particularly liked the animals, especially the pigs who loved our vegetable leftovers, and the signs dotted around about various wildlife that can be spotted out and about. A final shout out the enormous trees who protected us from the worst of the winds and rain during the storm - everyone's tents survived! A huge thank you from us. We had an amazing week and would love to come back.
Thank you

Lovely site, nicely spread out. Facilities were clean. The children enjoyed wandering around and seeing the animals but were a little too old for the play area to be made use of. Owner was very helpful. Highly recommend.

Location here was great, we easily managed to visit plenty of beautiful places with in a few miles radius. Campsite was clean during the week, but once more people turned up on the Friday night, it became dirty very quickly, no fault of the site owners, just a shame that disrespectful campers leave so much mess. There was a lovely games area, but again was trashed by unruly kids, balls thrown around, rubbish left everywhere. I was unaware that the shower cost £1 for 5 mins, but would have been useful to have been told this upon arrival, as a reminder or for people like me who didn't see this noted. Other than that, lovely people, lovely site, animals are cute, just a shame that other campers leave so much rubbish and dirt around.
Site's response
Thankyou for your review Sian, we try our very best to keep the campsite clean and tidy, this is harder if its wet as mucky feet in and out of showers and toilets do make the tiles messy. Our facilities and barn space is cleaned thoroughly everyday and often has a quick once over if needed several times a day during busy periods. It is very hard to control how others treat our space, if seen we always approach and politely address any unruly behaviour etc. It is on our listing showers are operated by coin meters and we happily change notes for guests if needed. Kind regards, Leanne.
Lovely site - make sure to book in advance

Really beautiful place, kept very clean and tidy. They have loads of animals for the children to see, including alpacas, pigs, ducks, donkeys and goats. We were told that anytime after 9am the next morning, we could go and see them. We left before this to see the dolphins in Newquay so were unable to. The toilets are the best I've seen at a campsite and had plenty of facilities, lots of space for your pitch and the owner was very organised in keeping the pitches spaced out. The one thing I would say is to make sure that you book in advance. We were just having a day out and were unsure where to stay. This was the closest option to us as we were driving around. I clicked and paid around 10 minutes before arrival, which has never been an issue anywhere else we had visited. We were then called over by the owner who I think thought that we hadn't paid, which caused a bit of embarrassment and was a little uncomfortable for us. Other than that, it was lovely.
Site's response
Hi Rachel, thank you for your review and I am glad you liked our site. Sorry if you felt embarrassed when I approached you, that was not my intention, I could see you were unpacking your van but in the wrong field so I rushed over before you had more work to do moving it all. As I explained, I had not seen the booking email and had not confirmed it, I have to do that for payment to go through. We gladly accept last minute bookings at the gate and there is a sign that says to call me on arrival so I can show people where to camp and explain where facilities are etc. Hope you guys enjoy the rest of your summer. Kind regards - Leanne.

We had an amazing weekend at Glyncoch Isaf Farm! Our bell tent was lovely and Leanne and her family were really friendly. What a fabulous location as well and we loved all the animals on the farm. Also, only a 5 minute drive from Llangrannog beach, which is just gorgeous!! We'd love to return! X

Glyncoch Isaf Farm is an absolute gem of a campsite! From the moment we arrived, we were struck by the pristine cleanliness of the facilities. The showers, both family-sized and personal, were spacious and immaculate, making our stay exceptionally comfortable. The grounds themselves are meticulously maintained, providing a perfect setting for the kids to enjoy the various farm animals. The convenience of having the beach nearby was a major plus, offering easy access to a lovely seaside experience. A tip for future visitors: aim to get to the beach before 11am to secure parking as it tends to fill up quickly. Leanne and her crew were outstanding hosts, always friendly and ready to help with anything we needed. Their warm hospitality made us feel right at home. We also appreciated the proximity of a convenient store for any last-minute necessities. One of the highlights of our stay was the breathtaking view of the stars at night—truly a sight to behold. Glyncoch Isaf Farm is a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and natural beauty. We can’t wait to return!

Lovely view out onto the meadow with the animals gazing. It felt very private and tucked away, which was great! Very friendly black cat came to visit a couple of times which was nice! Highly recommended. Weather was pretty bad so I was glad for having the cosy hut with it's own private toilet and shower. All very clean and tidy. Nice to see the llamas and horses grazing together. The private outdoor space is excellent too with seats, a BBQs and fire pit. Unfortunately, I didn't get to use them as it was always raining. Still, it was a very pleasant and peaceful stay.

Arrived at site and greeted by Leanne who couldn't be more helpful. The showers and toilets were absolutely spotless and there was washing up sinks available, with hot and cold water. There was also some really nice touches like kettle and toaster available. I loved watching the sheep and alpacas in beautiful surroundings, and adored the pigs. I would highly recommend this site and hopefully we will be back with our family.
