Very impressive views. Facilities basic but very clean. Greeted by a friendly lady who welcomed us to the site and gave us necessary information. Would definitely stay again.

Stayed here for two nights as I was working locally. Lovely amount of space, nice and quiet, with good access for walking down to the coast (25 mins). Showers are kept nice and clean.

Honestly can't think of anything that could make the campsite any better. The views are amazing, the facilities are very clean, the meat available to order was of great quality and the staff are really friendly. It is a short distance from Lewes and Brighton and also has lots of lovely local walks.

VW-Type Campervan - Non Electric Grass PitchesJul 2022

Lovely position looking out to sea with no passing traffic at the end of a country lane. We used the site because it is less than 10 minutes from Newhaven harbour. What a find - lovely large field with plenty of space and trees for shade which we needed on 18/7. I am sure we will be back.

VW-Type Campervan - Non Electric Grass PitchesMar 2022

This was a really great spot, friendly service and it was well worth having a firepit. The field is right on top of a hill with views across the sea and Downs. I can imagine it would be quite exposed to a southerly gale, so take big tent pegs if that’s the forecast. Will definitely be back!
