Super site

We had a non electric tent pitch. New to camping, next time I would book a pitch with electric. The site is very well organised and managed. The staff are helpful and friendly. Facilities excellent. There is a little road noise but not constant. Will be certain to book again if in the area.

Perfect for our 1 night stay

Lovely one night stay in the grass no electric section. Lovely facilities, showers and washing up area.

Lovely quiet site

Staff very friendly and helpful. Very well-kept site, very quiet, level pitch. A motorhome service point would be useful.

Nice site, pity about the neighbours!

Really nice site and great location to walk into Chipping Norton. We booked a non electric pitch which initially was great, until the person who pitched next to us arrived late Friday night. They had a crying baby and a big Alsatian dog and we just wanted peace and quiet! Not their fault I know so we left after one night to go to an adult's only campsite!

Excellent site

We booked this last minute due to having to cancel our road trip to the Isle of Skye because of illness, what a pleasant surprise this site was. Friendly, very clean and superbly maintained. The staff were chatty and very professional. We had a hard standing with hookup, plenty of space, we decided to opt for the extra couple of pounds each night for the awning and even with that up there was ample room. The site itself is very well situated within 25 minutes of all the gorgeous villages like Burford, Bourton on the water, Chipping Campden etc and only minutes away from diddly squat farm shop if that's your thing. Highly recommended site definitely worth visiting.

Lovely site and acommodating staff

We loved our stay here. The staff were very accommodating (and very helpful when one of our tent poles snapped!) and the site is lovely. Facilities are great and always very clean. More than worth the money. Cheers, Oli, Holly, Morgan and Erin.

Long weekend stay

Lovely location to explore surrounding area by car. Local amenities nearby (Chipping Norton) but not really walkable. All the staff were friendly and helpful, site well kept. Shower blocks clean but small for size of site, (3 each for male and female) would imagine during busy periods there could be queues? Wi-Fi could do with a bit more oomph, as it did drop out on occasions.

Superb!

Thank goodness I found this site online! Super organised, catered for out of hours arrivals/departures. Really friendly, washing, laundry and other facilities were super clean and with good signage to help the residents and tourists do their bit to keep everything nice for everyone. The grounds were gorgeous and the instructions for check in/out were perfect. If I ever need a campsite in this area again, I will definitely come back.

Fab stay!

We stayed on this site as wanted to go to Diddly Squat Farm Shop which was a 10 minute drive away. Nice peaceful atmosphere. Music playing in wash facilities, ice cream man came onto site- a great touch. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

First time camping

This was our first time camping, and wow, it was amazing here. Staff were really helpful and friendly, campsite was very clean and the shower block was exceptional. Great on -site shop with everything you can think of with things you may have forgotten to bring. Will be coming back here for sure.

Fantastic site

Excellent site. Well managed, clean, and all required services available. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Having the radio playing in shower / toilet block is a fantastic feature. Highly recommend a visit. Easy access to local towns etc.

Lovely campsite!

Fantastic stay, very clean and tidy. Great wardens, very friendly, always very helpful, couldn't want for a better weekend. Would definitely stay again.

Easy to find, decent size pitches, very clean and tidy, nice hot showers, perfect for touring the Cotswolds. Well maintained campsite.

Cotswold stay

A clean quiet campsite. The only issue was not enough toilets/showers, only 6 of each for whole campsite!

Pleasant enough after the bank holiday

Site was overfull to cope with the amount of space needed and capacity for the facilities, it got a bit more pleasant as people left after the bank holiday. So probably ok if not a bank holiday. It's not the easiest route, but walking to Chipping Norton is possible.

We found the site well cared for and well presented

It has excellent facilities, the only negative comments are: no hot water (other than shower) in the wash rooms and the Wi-Fi was no existent. Overall a well positioned and cared for site with friendly staff. Highly recommend.

With regards to the cold water taps in the sink basins and the wifi, we are in the process of upgrading the taps so both hot and cold water will be available. Wifi is available but the signal does drop down the further from the hub your pitch is. Lovely well kept site

Lovely site, clean and very well kept. Friendly staff, pitch where you want on the rally field. Loads of room. 2 very small negative points, no facility to freeze cool packs for campers and the toilet block only has 3 toilets and showers. That said, they are clean and well kept. Loved the site and would most definitely come again.

Highly recommend fantastic site

Highly recommend this site. From the moment we arrived it was absolutely brilliant, the people who run the site were so friendly and helpful. They made sure we knew about all facilities offered to us on site and told us about all that was to offer from the beautiful Cotswolds around us. Such as local amenities, days out, best places to eat and everything in-between. We packed so much in but felt so relaxed at the same time. The site was so well kept, always clean and tidy with beautiful views and central to everything available in the Cotswolds.

Lovely campsites in a convenient location for exploring the Cotswolds. We were welcomed by owners and staff. Camp site was well laid out. Toilet, showers and washing up area were very clean and tidy. We stayed in the rally field on a non electric pitch.
