We booked for our first camping trip with our 2 year old, we only stayed 1 night to see how he got on. The site was lovely and clean! Very peaceful and facilities were fab! We had a lovely stay and will definitely stay again.

Such a sweet site in beautiful surroundings. It was our first time camping and a practice run before a kids festival in the summer. The owners were welcoming and helpful (they very kindly borrowed us a pan as it was one of many things I'd forgotten). The facilities were good and very clean. We will definitely return here.

One of the best run campsites I have ever been to. The information email sent a week before is really useful. The washing and toilet facilities were excellent, a really high standard. It is nice to have separate pitches for families and adults. Cannot recommend highly enough.
Very well managed site

We stayed here for 2 nights over the coronation weekend. The family pitch is near the facilities and having 2 kids with very small bladders over the nights made the late night toilet trips more bearable. The facilities were clean and on that particular trip, sufficient. Never did it feel overly crowded at the facilities. The site is not very close to the main Peak District attractions but not too far either. All in all, we had a great weekend there and would definitely recommend this campsite.

We really enjoyed our stay at Knotlow Farm. The family site was ideal for what we needed, and the toilet/shower block was good and clean. We enjoyed the takeaway pizza and takeaway breakfast available at the farm. We will definitely stay again.
Had a lovely stay!

Stopped for a 3 night bank holiday weekend. Cracking central location for loads of walks, great facilities, and enough space that even on a fairly busy weekend it didn't feel busy.
Had everything we needed and a lovely area too

Couldn't fault the place really nice and had everything we needed. Really spacious and we had the choice out of a couple of fields, we went mid week and there was only a couple others with us so felt very remote and quiet. Only thing I'd say is that £27 is quite a lot for a one night small tent pitch, but equally I understand because of the cost of living everything's going up We had their pizza too which was nice. We would be happy to come back again.
First time stay and will be back

In a lovely spot. Easy to reach nearby attractions. Lovely family run site, owners are really helpful. Little shop on site serving breakfast baps and evening pizzas are available. Loads of space for campervans and tents. Hot showers clean and modern.

Only my second time out in my VW Camper. I couldn't have chosen better. Very helpful, very clean and well situated. I cycled to the Monsal Trail Parkrun and had nice walks into Monyash. All in all, it was a great time. I also had the benefit of meeting and making new friends.
Not worth the money

Drinking water and facilities were about 200m from where you pitch the tent. It was £75 for us to pitch a tent in a field for 3 nights and they still charge you for the showers. When requested to borrow an axe or equivalent to cut some of our logs, we were told they had nothing.

This was an amazing place to take two nights away from the kids. It was so relaxing, just take your iPad so you can watch films, but other than that it's awesome. Love the hot tub. It was a beautiful couple of nights as well, so the sky was clear and we saw a shooting star.
Perfect!

Was an amazing break, took my girlfriend away for her birthday. Kitted with all needed essentials, the only criticism is getting a signal for internet when needed was hard to come by, but other than that, perfect. Would definitely stay again.

My partner and I stayed here for 2 nights for my Birthday. Lovely quaint pod with all amenities, clean and hot hot tub, only a 20 second walk to the toilet / pot wash. Situated in the beautiful countryside, just a 20 minute walk for great pub food. Definitely recommend.

My friend and I were looking at meeting somewhere in the middle between North Wales and Lincolnshire when we came across Knotlow Farm. Located in a beautiful area with rolling hills as far as the eye can see. We found the campsite a true definition of peace and quiet. Very friendly, helpful and happy owners, clean and tidy facilities and so many things on the doorstep whether it be with friends or family. It was great that we could use our own fire pit and bbq and we tried a couple of delicious pizzas on the Saturday night. We have already spoken about going back with our families which we are going to start planning soon.
Nice location and lovely views

Lovely location and facilities were clean. Had a nice warm shower, there's water stations to fill up bottles and sinks for washing up with washing liquid available. We could order food/drinks and fire pit with logs etc (some things a bit pricey but handy). For the price, the plot was nice but more than I've paid out for a tent plot before.
Nice, convenient and spacious

Nice little spacious area. Not too much flat area though. The woman was lovely, she let us know where we could camp and let us get on with it. I appreciated this a lot, nothing worse than some places where you can have a half an hour briefing, when all you want to do is set up your tent and get cracking on! We didn't have cash when we enquired about buying matches and the lady kindly give them to us, which she didn't have to do- that was nice too ☺️
Lovely place, would visit again

Knotlow Farm is a tidy little site, with clean and efficient showers and toilets. Right next to the site is a little walk-through of the fields of animals nearby, such as llamas, goats, cows and so on, which is nice for the kids. A very family-friendly site, with children playing all around during the daytime as well.
Excellent site in a great location

Stayed for 2 nights in a tent at the beginning of September with our 3 year old. The field had nice views across the countryside and we had plenty of space. It was on a bit of a slope, but it is the Peak District after all, and that's not a problem if you pitch your tent the right way! Facilities are good and seem well looked after, were always clean and they have a family bathroom which was great for us. It's a very family friendly site in a great location, walking distance into Monyash, which has a good pub and cafe and also a great playground! We enjoyed the pizzas at the site in the evening and it was good to be able to get a coffee and pastries in the morning. The owners were friendly and welcoming, and we will definitely be back.
