Peaceful and secluded, Tobacconist Farm is an adult-only site located on the edge of a very historic Market Town called Minchinhampton in Gloucestershire. It is the ideal site to pitch up in the countryside and still have access to all amenities. Dogs are welcome here and in all pubs, with over 400 acres of stunning AONB and many wonderful walks from Michinhampton.

Lovely campsite in the middle of a lovely little town with easy check in, clean facilities and easy to find! We'd recommend the old lodge pub in the middle of the common for food or drinks. Plenty of walks around the site and lovely views. Would totally recommend!

Lovely, quiet site on a large field with all well-drained serviced grass pitches (EHU & water). Small but clean and well fitted facility block and secure dog walk on site. A short walk to the village with local pub and shop. Further afield, lovely walks at the National Trust's Tinkley Gate / Woodchester Park sites. Overall, a great site and location, would recommend.

Simple, clean facilities on a well kept site. Thanks to Lucy. Quiet, adults only and so close to a lovely Cotswold village. Beautiful walks to nearby villages. Cows walking through the village. Great pub/ restaurant. And the highlight was the common with walks with views to die for shared with Highland cattle, horses etc. We'll be back!

A perfect place to stay if you don't have kids. Only 5 minutes walk into beautiful Minchinhampton and extremely peaceful. Lucy & her son, Will were there to help whenever we needed them and the facilities were all excellent.

Fabulous quiet site, beautiful countryside views, really big pitches fully serviced, immaculate toilet and shower block Really lovely rural site with plenty of space. Adult only, so quiet and pitches spaced generously apart so lots of privacy. Fully serviced pitch, so very easy, and immaculate toilet and shower facilities, and a great kitchen facility with washing machine, though we didn't use it. There are plenty of firepits to borrow and wood was supplied, fabulous! The site was very easy to find, a very short walk from the beautiful village of Minchinhampton, which has lovely little shops, a grocery store, post office, fabulous café and fish and chip shop. There's also a pub which looked lovely though pricey. We walked for miles across the Common to other local pubs and great views of the surrounding countryside. Very easy to get to Stroud and Nailsworth which had lovely shops and cafés. Also, not far from Cirencester or Gloucester/Cheltenham and easy to go further afield to Bath or Bristol or into Wales/Forest of Dean. Lucy, the owner, was really helpful and we couldn't recommend the site more. A real little gem of a site and very well maintained, had a lovely time and very happy to recommend it!

A brilliant stay for 5 nights in a peaceful location. I can't actually think of a thing I'd change. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming including the locals as we walked into Minchinhampton, just a 5 minute walk. The Crown is a superb pub, Henry's coffee shop was excellent and a proper butchers that also sold cheeses, chutneys, eggs, ice creams and pies. Also a fish and chip shop that unfortunately we didn't have time to sample, but looked the business. What a great place, and quiet. The toilets and showers on the campsite were immaculate. These will now be the standard we judge other campsites against. Oh, and firepits available for no charge. Wood a tenner for a large crateful. Superb!
Beautiful location, very friendly, clean and tidy site

This is the first time camping with family and puppies, from booking, asking questions to staying we had a great weekend and will definitely be returning. Details shared with extended family and friends. The pitch and facilities were really clean and easily accessible. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. Thank you and see you next year.

To get to the camping area, you first have to go through a large yard which has a some caravans, as well as a couple of storage containers. The yard has lots of household items and kitchen appliances and is generally an eye sore, which is a great shame, because when you walk past all this you reach the camping area which is very well maintained and actually quite pretty. The facilities are basic but clean with hot showers and a clean washing up area along with a fridge freezer. If you could get directly to the camping area then I would consider staying again, but as it stands, I wouldn't want to return and I wouldn't recommend.
Perfect stay!

We were delighted with our stay at Tobacconist Farm. Lucy greeted us with gusto and lead us through to our grassy bay where we parked up next to an attractive red berried tree - what a spot! Lucy shared all we needed to know. The site facilities are to a high standard with very good showers. Everything was perfectly clean and well maintained to a high standard. We loved the village of Minchampton and enjoyed two delicious meals at the local pubs and coffee at Henry's cafe in the village square. What a lovely place, with cows wandering around the common and village market, which we also enjoyed mooching around on Wednesday morning. The site and village met our needs so perfectly we contacted Lucy to see if she could accommodate us for the final night of our trip. We were excited to return and we're lucky enough to enjoy our favoured bay again. The resident donkeys were a total bonus too! Thanks Lucy for a memorable stay with you - we highly recommend this site and hope to return soon!

This is a really lovely campsite, very pretty and great facilities. The toilet blocks, showers and kitchen are kept very clean at all times. Pitches are a really good size and the local town centre is just a 5-10 minute walk away. Would highly recommend this adults only campsite, Lucy was kind and helpful throughout our stay :)
