About Camp at Erwan
Situated on a secluded hilltop, this adult only site is just a five minute drive from the Blue Flag beach of Llangrannog. Only a ten minute drive from the main arterial road, guests can also enjoy easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. The site encourages guests to 'switch off', breath-in, relax and recharge.
There are a total of ten large grass pitches generously spaced over the two acre field, for tents or small VW size campervans only, (as motorhomes or caravans won't make it up the driveway!). Each pitch measures a spacious 12m x 12m, allowing up to four guests.
Wake up to the sunrise over the Cambrian mountains and after a day of exploring, enjoy the sunsets while you share a glass of something with your BBQ and capture views of the Llyn Peninsula in the distance.
To encourage your connection with nature, there are no electrical hook-ups, but a charging point is provided for phones and other devices. For any travellers with an electric vehicle, the site has an EV charger available, managed and booked on site.
You will be perfectly situated to explore the whole of Cardigan Bay and Ceredigion, its Coastal Path and many beaches. Cardigan Town and Aberaeron are both within a half hour drive and there are plenty of opportunities to go dolphin spotting from Newquay Harbour.
Up to two well behaved dogs are welcome per pitch, and there is an allocated dog exercise area, where they can let off steam.
BBQs are allowed but must be raised off the ground.
The site is also a member of the Greener Camping Club, therefore at least one of your party must be a member. If you're not already a member of The Greener Camping Club, the small membership fee can easily be added to your booking.
Camp at Erwan is open from 28/03 to 29/10.

Originally living in London, a few years ago, Rich decided to take an Open University degree in Environmental technology and management and so the plan to escape to the country was hatched.
We finally moved here to Erwan Fawr in 2017, to put into practice what we'd learned (and to learn a lot more in the process). We're still adapting to our new life, but wouldn't swap it!
When it comes to camping, we've been on many trips and hope to bring some of our best experiences to the site. Our family run eco-campsite, is situated on a secluded hilltop. We encourage you to switch off, breathe in, relax, and look out to sea or up to the stars.
We look forward to welcoming you to Camp at Erwan! Janey and Rich

Medium Tent - Non Electric Grass Tent PitchesMay 2024
We were only there one night and the weather was awful. We only got to see the amazing views for about an hour in the very early morning and from a photo that the really lovely hosts showed us. The hosts were great, really friendly and helpful.
The facilities were really impressive & very clean. The kitchen area is well equipped & useful. The showers were to die for! They are beautiful.
Only regret I didn't try the cold water 🚿 therapy, but I will when next time we stay there!

VW-Type Campervan - Non Electric Grass Campervan PitchesApr 2024
For those who desire peace and quiet in a rural sea view setting, this small eco friendly adult only campsite is a must.
Set amongst rolling countryside with uninterrupted views of Cardigan Bay and beyond to the Llyn peninsula, there is a feeling of peaceful isolation.
Suitable for campervans and those who tent the pitches are generous and well serviced by the facilities which are well thought out, spotlessly clean and well maintained.
The showers are excellent!. Janey is an excellent and friendly host, who is always available should the need arise. Excellent all round and highly recommended.
