About Pentewan Sands Holiday Park
A great coastal campsite with its own private beach. Situated along half a mile of golden sands and close to the Eden Project and the Lost Gardens of Heligan, it's an idyllic spot for relaxation and adventure with loved ones. Children can enjoy the beachfront play park and indoor swimming pools, while adults can try Cornwall Watersports or relax in the park's bars, restaurants, and takeaways. For campers, the park features spacious grass pitches, both electric and non-electric, all within easy reach of the beach. For a more luxurious stay, the site provides a selection of holiday homes, beach houses, and lodges, many with stunning sea views.

Top-notch site facilities include four modern amenity blocks with hot showers, including disabled and baby changing facilities. The onsite Seahorse Bar and Restaurant offers delicious home-cooked dishes, a variety of beverages and magnificent views across Mevagissey Bay.
Below the Seahorse, you can take advantage of the parks two indoor swimming pools (a lap pool for serious swimmers and a play pool with a water flume for children) and the amusement arcade.
There's also an on-site shop, beachside restaurant, tennis courts, playground, launderette, and takeaway. The park features a private beach and its on-site shop also sells freshly baked croissants and stocks all the essentials for your stay.

Site rules and policies
This is a family holiday park.
You may occupy your pitch from noon. Pitches must be vacated strictly by 10.30am on the day of departure.
All bookings for seven nights or more are subject to a £10.25 booking fee and a compulsory cancellation fee of £1.60 per night.
Things to do on site and in the St Austell area
The park is situated on its own private beach, with half a mile of golden sand in a quiet, sheltered bay close to Mevagissey. It's the perfect place to dabble in water sports activities under the trained eye of an expert, including kayaking, surfing, sailing, water skiing, windsurfing and the fun of paddleboarding.
The Seahorse complex is home to two indoor swimming pools, fun flumes and an adult whirlpool, as well as an amusement arcade. There are plenty of bars, restaurants, a cafe and on-site shop with its own bakery, so you can refuel after all that excitement.
If a slower pace of life is more appealing to you, Pentewan Sands has plenty of nearby hiking and cycling trails, so you can relax and enjoy the peace and tranquility of the Cornish countryside - a short walk will take you to Mevagissey, a characterful fishing village.
It's also worth checking out Charlestown on the other side of St Austell, which is often used as a filming location thanks to it's historic harbour, quaint shops and tall ships.
