A lovely campsite with a great welcome from the hostess. Later we met Dan, who too was very friendly and gave us ideas on where to cycle. The gusting winds and rains from storm Bert did little to dampen our time there and indeed, we think the hedging behind our fully serviced hand standing pitch( very well appointed!) protected us rather well! We had 2 full days during which we walked one day and cycled the next. Many thanks to the owners!!

An excellent site. We took our touring caravan for a weekend break. There were outstanding toilet and shower facilities and a nice level, fully serviced pitch. The site also has a small shop selling all the essentials and a cafe. Upon our arrival, the lady who greeted us was very friendly and informative. She also gave us a discount voucher for the Fox public house nearby, which we used for a fabulous meal out on our first evening. Highly recommend.
We had a lovely weekend, it's very clean

Lovely arrival greeting, and great size plot. The showers were hot and spotlessly clean, I have a strange floor phobia and would ordinarily have to wear flip flops in strange places, but even I felt comfortable without them. The site was kept tidy and beautifully rural. If I was being picky, I would say a bit more lighting en route to the toilets. It's pitch black at night but I used a torch, so it wasn't detrimental. Would highly recommend it!

The staff are friendly, helpful and very welcoming. The washrooms are clean and modern and the café/shop is also good. I can't fault this peaceful campsite, which is well located for the surrounding area to explore. We will definitely return to it and would recommend it to anyone.

First day, no hot water in shower block. Next morning, Elsan toilet facility full and won't be emptied for 24-48 hours which caused me and others a real problem. Had to come home with a full cassette.
Awesome hosts! We will be back

Second time we have visited, and apart from the weather and a snoring neighbour, we had a lovely time. The camp is perfectly located to explore the Suffolk coast, and you can easily get elsewhere due to the local road network. Halesworth is definitely worth a visit, and Dunwich, Southwold and Aldeburgh are close by.

First visit to site, with small tent and car. Warm, dry late summer. Friendly member of staff showed us round and cycled with us to our pitch. Well organised, plenty of space, nice atmosphere. Lots of families with young kids on bikes. Good, clean facilities, hot water in clean showers, great shop with café at reasonable prices. Lovely area. Mimsmere Bird Reserve, a treat not visited before. Great site. Will return.

Fantastic site for many reasons. These include, lovely huge pitches for large tents, great facilities, very friendly staff, cafe a bonus, small but well resourced shop and overall fantastic well maintained environmental friendly site. Perfect location for Suffolk's inland attractions, great local towns for shopping, absolutely fabulous farm shops close to the site and nearby lovely beaches. Thank you staff team a fantastic holiday 😀. We are definitely coming back.

This is an absolute gem of a campsite. It is beautifully maintained with fab facilities. This is the best campsite we've ever stayed at. Pitches were large and you didn't feel like you were on top of each other. Whole site felt spacious. Lovely children's play area as well. Well equipped little shop with a café serving great food. Wasn't a noisy site at all. Everyone was respectful of the quiet time (10pm-8am) would definitely come back here again.

We had a great time with you, this site is very well located for the Suffolk coast. There were lots of places of interest too. A nice reception area, toilets and shower rooms first class. The pitch was a good size. The Dog walking field was great but could do with another dog bin. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.

A fantastic place to go, family friendly, very generous pitch sizes and well-maintained. The bathroom/shower facilities were spotless! The café had everything you need and more, good food, and great service. The staff were so friendly, approachable and really helpful. We explored the area around us as well, and the area as a whole was beautiful. I would recommend going to Southwold town, beach and mazes. We loved our weekend here and will definitely be returning. 100% recommend!

Me and my family have just stayed here for a long weekend and everything was just amazing! The grounds were so spacious and there really was so much for the kids to do, the amenities were so clean which was very pleasant to see. The staff were all so friendly and helpful and the café/shop was also reasonably priced! Will definitely be visiting again, we couldn't ask for a better place to have our first camping trip as a family, thank you to all at Haw Wood Farm.

This was our first time camping with our daughter (16 months), the campsite had lovely facilities, including family bathrooms and a bath for little ones. The staff were all very friendly and helpful with any request. They have a shop and café on site, which was helpful as we forgot a few bits and struggled to cook one morning in the rain.

We loved our stay here. The facilities were very clean, big and easy to use. The site is located well, close to some fun activities but still very calm and quiet. The little shop sells some basics you might need and also a very tasty breakfast selection and nice coffee, tea and hot chocolate. The thing that stood out most to us, was how friendly and helpful the staff were. We'd love to visit again one day.
