In late September after rain, the pitches in the Cub Field were waterlogged. New and clean facilities, but curiously there were no hand basins. So after using the toilet, you're washing your hands in the same sinks where you do the washing up.

We enjoyed our stay very much. However, the weather was terrible, very wet and windy to say the least. We were exposed to the elements, that was my mistake if I had known the prevailing conditions. The service was very good and helpful so no complaints there, it does get a bit soggy under foot, but maybe we should camp earlier in the season.

Nice site, very quiet. Nice footpath down the side of fields into the town 10 mins away. Would recommend and stay again.

Not the most exciting location and set up as we felt we were just setting up in the middle of a field, but good value for money and really nice facilities.
Loved our stay!

We had a lovely stay - facilities were modern and really clean, children’s playground was great and it’s a great location close to lots of beaches!

One of the best sites we've been to. We only stayed one night, but would definitely go back. Great location and easy to find, it was peaceful (we were in the cub field), walking distance from shops and pubs across the fields. We went to The Lamb, who were very welcoming and a 5 star experience! (after being ignored at The Spotted Cow). It was lovely to meet the hosts at the reception. Great facilities, it was well laid out and had a clean toilet/shower block (we didn't use the showers). We had an electric hook up, these were numbered clearly and it was so easy to tell which was allocated to your pitch.

One of the best camping spots we've visited. Having a nice shower makes or breaks camping. These facilities were spot on.

Booked the site for the Goodwood Revival meeting, approx 20 minutes to the track. Location was excellent for road access and easy walks into the village. Friendly, welcoming hosts and the facilities were spotless. I would highly recommend this site if you are looking at touring the south coast area.

Lovely, lively site within walking distance of a great pub.
Campsite fine but access to go anywhere by bike was difficult

It was very hard to cycle anywhere as there are roundabouts and busy roads in the way, with nowhere safe to cross. Walking was a bit better but the signage on Highdown, National Trust is a real let down. Lovely views, nice walks and the fact it is right where two OS maps join did not help my navigating skills. The campsite was perfect, and I enjoyed it.

We stayed an extra night as we liked the site. The facilities were very clean. The pitches were spacious, which gave a calming feeling as you had space. The staff are very friendly, enjoyed chatting to Jamie, he was helpful with local info.

We really liked the campsite. It was quiet, simple but had all that you would need. I liked the fact that the shower cubicles had benches inside so there was plenty of room to keep your stuff. The price was very fair. Close to Arundel and to the beach. Nobody rushed us to leave even though we stayed a bit beyond the check out time. We will go back for sure.
Great campsite!

Lovely campsite, gutted we hadn't found it sooner! Lovely clean showers and toilets, not all crammed in so loads of playing space for the kids. Absolutely ideal for us, can't wait to come back! Have recommended it to all our friends and family

Great campsite. Plenty of toilets and showers. We chose the quieter cub field and it was perfect for us. Plenty of space, we didn’t feel squashed in and everyone was friendly. Beautiful views of the downs. Would highly recommend!
