Cummins Farm is ideally located on a working sheep farm between Lyme Regis and Charmouth along the Jurassic Coast. Tents, campervans, caravans and motorhomes are welcome on flat, unallocated grass pitches with the option of electric. There is also a shepherd's hut available. A peaceful base for the Jurassic Coast with a park and ride to Lyme Regis and plenty of space for games back at the site. BBQs and campfires are allowed.

I only intended on staying for the one night, but I booked a further 2 nights because it was so good. It was phenomenal, can't rate highly enough. I will be coming back, 100%.

Old couple with plenty of camping experience!

A very good quite campsite. Few facilities but clean toilets and showers. Good access to local attractions. The walk to Charmouth and Lyme Regis is challenging, especially on the way back up a very steep hill. I would thoroughly recommend the site as a place to stay.

Stayed here for a few nights in our campervan. It's a lovely campsite, with a real laid back feel to it. Great showers and a good location. Will definitely be returning..

A fabulous spot, with some lovely walks to Lyme Regis and beyond. It was very peaceful, you can pick your own plot of where you would like to camp.

Had a great stay. Facilities were clean, plenty of space on campsite grounds so not overlooked. Would stay again.

A quiet, peaceful site. Good toilet facilities, however, the shower cubicles have no extraction and consequently, the whole toilet block fills with steam causing fogged mirrors and condensation on the surfaces. There's no lighting at the washing up station and because the sinks have been panelled in right to the ground, there's no where for your feet to go. This combined with unnecessarily deep sinks makes for a rather uncomfortable chore. These are minor issues that are easy to rectify and wouldn't stop us coming again or recommending it to friends.

Great weekend away from the hustle and bustle of life

Despite being away from any amenities (shops), Cummings Farm was everything we wanted and needed. Friendly staff, great atmosphere and very peaceful. Make sure you don't forget your 50ps for the shower lol. Top marks all round.

Wow, what can we say, what a little gem we have found. Site a lovely size and got a nice welcome to make sure all was okay. Toilets and showers amazingly clean, couldn't ask for better. Also, a great washing up area and plenty of rubbish bins so absolutely no litter on site. We will definitely be back, thank you for having us.

Great, peaceful site. Good TV and phone signals. Site was a bit tricky to find but once there, it was okay. Gently sloping pitches, well spaced out.

A well kept, spacious grass site with excellent facilities

It was ok but I found the ground too much of a slope to put tents up in a few places.

Really nice quiet site. The showers and toilets are immaculate. 50p for a shower but as a result, you get a fabulous, instantly hot, long shower in a huge compartment. Lovely walk to Lyme Regis. Hard up hill back but no pain, no gain. It is easy to catch the bus back if you have a disability or would find it a bit much. We loved it and would come again.

Excellent location, very clean facilities

Single Axle Caravan - Grass Pitches with Optional ElectricAug 2024

My booking process was poor. You had to choose optional electric. This meant on the day, on speaking directly with the farm, there was a possibility I would not get electric. I feel that this needs to be improved to either yes, you want it or no, you don't. However, we had electric available and so all was good in the end. The site is lovely and plenty of space between the other campers which was great. I think at the high price per night, showers should be free. 50p is a pain as most people don't even use cash anymore. Toilets were fine and facilities were clean. We will return, but probably at off peak times to pay a little less per night. I can understand this price if you were very close to the town or beach, but its quite a long walk to get there, you will definitely need a car if only to help up the hill on the return.

Clean facilities, peaceful campsite, helpful owners

Need to get there early to get a pitch near to toilet & shower facilities. To go into the town and beach, there is a park & ride about 10 minute drive away.

We had a glorious stay for a couple of nights. The site is quiet and clean and the member of staff on duty was very helpful. The rainfall showers are powerful with lots of hot water. We like the situation as you can get to good beaches. We loved the walk from the site to Lyme Regis and also loved Beer.
