My husband and I were going to the Eden Project, so we stayed here as it is walking distance. A beautiful, peaceful site. The lawns were well mown and the wonderful wild flowers of foxgloves and ferns edged the site. There was bird song, wild rabbits and squirrels running about. The host, Mr Taylor, was lovely. Very helpful and we chatted with him. He has some interesting stories to tell. The bathroom facilities were excellent, with a loo and a shower in each spacious cubicle, so plenty of elbow room in the shower for tall people like me. The water was nice and hot too. We will be going again next year.

This is a lovely site in the World Heritage Site, Luxulyan Valley and not far from the Eden Project. If you want an immaculate site with perfectly edged hard standings etc and loads of facilities nearby, then this site is not for you. It is a good 25 minute walk, up hill to the nearest shop (no footways but road is not busy) and the nearest pub is about a 30 minute walk away. The road to the campsite is easy to drive to. We cycled to the Eden Project, along the Clay Trails - it is a straight forward route taking between 15 and 20 minutes. We also cycled around the area (very hilly), which is lovely and deserved of the WHS status. Mark is an excellent host and happy to help out if needed. I would say that if you do want tranquillity, then don't book when the Eden Project is in full swing with its entertainment as the campsite will get very busy, but having said that, if you want to go to one of the Eden Project concerts, it is ideal. As is often the case with Cornwall, the weather moves quickly on - sun one minute then it could be raining the next. There is no dog walk on the site, but the Clay Trails and public footpaths are very close to the entrance. We loved the site and hope to return.

This is a charming little campsite, basic but all the more perfect for it. The owner, Mark is the nicest person you could wish to meet, I’ll be returning in August 😉

I arrived at a beautiful place, bordered with a variety of old trees and grown shrubs. Home to a lot of singing birds. I was welcomed by Marc, the owner who was very helpful and friendly. There was a relaxed atmosphere around the place. The bathrooms were fine for me. The pitches are fine. There's a lot to see in the environment such as the Eden Project which is very near. In the area you can do clay walks (trails). I enjoyed my stay and hope to come back and stay longer.

Mark couldn't have been more accommodating, a large group of us (family and friends) stayed to celebrate a birthday. Venue was perfect, we even saw the Northern lights, a first for many of us. Would recommend the camp site and will be gong back at some point I'm sure.

A great location for walking to the Eden Project for the day. Mark is so friendly and helpful. The showers were lovely and warm and kept clean too. Peaceful too, woken by bird song.

Great little find in walking distance of the Eden Project. Mark was a friendly host who is very busy making improvements after all the rain this winter. Clean and tidy facilities, no frills, but plenty of hot water. Bird Song in the mornings was incredible. If you plan to walk to Eden be prepared for additional distance if the Park and Ride is not running.

Spent the night at Innis Inn in our 6m campervan and found the site good value for money. Easy to find and a really nice location, very tranquil and quiet. Great place if you have dog/dogs as the site has plenty of grassy areas and lovely flowers all around. Nice walk to a lake on the "Clay Trail" but shame the weather has made the path somewhat wet. The facilities were clean and had all the amenities that "real" campers need, without so called "posh" refinements. In all honesty, Innis Inn was good value, a really pleasant location and a very friendly site owner. We would certainly go back and would recommend the site.

Perfect location for the Eden Project. This site is so peaceful, which made our stay very relaxing. Mark, our host was very accommodating. He gave us some pointers on the local area and made sure we had everything for our stay. Mark will give you enough attention without being around you all the time. We were having a bit of trouble with the Wi-Fi and Mark very kindly got an extra long electric cable so we could move closer to the main house. So he was always trying to make our stay special.

Perfectly situated for a visit to the Eden Project - just around the corner. It also has a fly fishing lake and a very nice walk through the Clay Trail. My wife, dog, and me walked for over 4 hours. The nearest shop we found was a good 2 miles away which had a Spar, Co-op and a pub for a well earned pint. The owner was very friendly and knowledgeable of the area and places to go. Poor signal for EE users. You'll have to find a sweat spot to enjoy Wi-Fi. We tried the free Wi-Fi, but couldn't get a signal. For a couple of nights, it's lovely and clean.

Absolutely fantastic stay at this campsite. Lovely place, spacious pitches and very clean toilets/showers. Mark the owner is so lovely and friendly, we had a lovely chat around the bonfire the night we stayed. Honestly such a lovely place. There is also a very lovely doggo named Buddy. We would 100% stay here again when we get back to Cornwall. Excellent location to the Eden Project, literally just down the road.

We arrived late one evening (around 9pm) after booking on the same day. It was super easy to find and had good signage which allowed us to settle in and set up without any stress. The site is located in a really nice, tucked away corner and we slept like babies after a long drive. We met Mark the following morning. He was such a genuine and friendly bloke who made us feel really welcome and nothing was too big an ask. The shower and toilet facilities are great and the water was lovely and hot! The site is less than 5 minutes drive away from the Eden Project and could have easily walked to it or cycled. All round a great experience. Thank you, Mark!

Me and my friend stayed here in his van for one night, and it was excellent value at around £24. We were literally a stone's throw from the shower/toilet block, which was very convenient. These facilities were very good and we were able to have a hot shower each. Also, there are washing up facilities at the end of the building, which is very convenient and easy. Plenty of space and very nice surroundings. Very friendly and welcoming people running it - definitely worth a visit if you're looking for somewhere to stay.

Had a brilliant stay at Innis Inn. The proprietor was very welcoming and helpful, really enjoyed ourselves. A group of us met there, motorcyclist and a motorhome, we are all family, hadn't seen each other for quite a while. We really had a great time. Storm Betty hit and it was torrential downpours all night, but we still ended up having a great time. We would definitely recommend this place.

Great place very close to the Eden Project. Slightly remote for local pubs or restaurants, but great for settling down for the evening, taking walks, and relaxing. A beautiful spot.

We were going to see The Who at Eden and needed a campsite for our 7m Motorhome. Access to the small campsite is good with minimal narrow lanes to negotiate. It has a few hardstandings and mains hook up although the agency we used said it didn't provide main (extra £10 a night). Toilet & shower block is basic but clean and provides everything you need including chemical toilet disposal. Mark, the owner, works hard to make the campsite pleasant. There are "Clay Trails" right on the doorstep so good for walking and cycling for families.

Friendly, quiet site with clean facilities and plenty of hot water. Great access to walking and cycling. Would be nice to see recycling facilities here. And one morning showers/loos were being cleaned at peak time use. Good size pitches.

Glad I found the Innis Inn. It was the cheapest and most convenient place to stay by the Eden Project. It is 30-40 mins walk but the route is nice. It is a peaceful spot, the owner is lovely/welcoming and so glad toilets and showers were available. I would stay there again 😁
