Had a fantastic stay here! Upgraded to an electric pitch when I arrived without any issues. All the staff were so friendly and chatty, they were lovely! The site is so clean and open, with amazing atmosphere to boot. Definitely will be staying here again!

Good/lovely location, with nice views and many things around to visit. Good access on foot to Bolton Abbey, Hesketh Farm Park and cafes etc very walkable. Great on-site morning coffee shop & plenty of toilets. Good washing up area with fridges too. Staff really friendly & helpful as well. Very few level pitches, most were on slopes. Was no hot water for showering for the entire duration of stay, only lukewarm. Lots of kids there so quite noisy for most our stay. Bathrooms, especially sinks, weren't as clean as would expect. Good site for short stop overs- we stayed for 5 nights which was probably too long, but noticed that most people only seemed to stay for 2-3 even with larger tents. Probably not the best site if you're a couple and want peace and quiet, but good if you have kids and dogs.

Great location. It's a big site so be prepared for a walk to the toilet block. There also isn't a lot to buy on-site so be prepared for that. When we were here, the cafe was pre-order only the night before, which was a bit odd.

Lovely site, very clean showers and toilets. The kitchen area was the only downside, as was the very long grass on and around our pitch.
Lovely campsite and friendly staff

Though the electric pitches are on a slant and everything on the table kept sliding off, it was a lovely campsite. Lovely staff and amenities and lots of space for camping, could have done with more than four showers but overall it was lovely experience. Would certainly stay again.

Beautiful spot, the site supplies wood and and a log burner for a reasonable fee if required. Very good facilities, good value, well maintained, and best of all, great staff who listen and work to sort any problem you may have with a smile.

Great location easy walk to Bolton Abbey. All staff we met at the site were very friendly and helpful. Facilities really clean. Great morning coffee and pastries available on site. Our pitch was quite close to tents either side but we did book last minute. Look forward to a return visit.

The hamlet near Bolton Abbey could do with a proper pub - or the campsite should get license!

Just amazing. Super location to visit Bolton Abbey and Hesketh Farm Park. Super organised from the moment of arrival and the staff can't do enough to help. They were very kind and helpful - got my van stuck and they were quick to help. Clean and hot showers, good washing facilities, plus a lovely pain au chocolat for breakfast from the café. Thanks Catgill, can't wait to come back x

I surprised my boyfriend with a luxury stay. It was exactly how the photos and description suggest. Everything, from the moment we arrived, was perfect. Location was amazing and the staff were very helpful and polite. The pod was so clean and equipped with everything you needed for the stay. If you are wanting time away together, whether that be enjoying a morning coffee, looking out at the view, relaxing in the hot tub under the stars, looking out at the views as it starts to get darker, or having a walk down to Bolton Abbey, this will be the perfect place to stay and visit. We are hoping to return again soon as it was a relaxing getaway and would recommend to friends and family.

Amazing stay with amazing views. Pods were fantastic and had everything you need. The site even supply Netflix on the TV, just need to log in and there is a music speaker to connect your phone. Hot tub was amazing and the views from there are to die for!! Totally going back with the kids next year.

Myself and my girlfriend had a perfect 2 nights here to celebrate our 2 year anniversary and Valentine's Day. We found the staff to be very welcoming and informative, offering extras such as movie snacks and a chocolate fondue which went down very well. The glamping pods are very warm and cosy with all facilities needed within, in addition to the fantastic view of the Moorland. The best part for us was the log heated hot tub to overlook this view in the evening time before settling down to a good film on the excellent TV provided with Netflix and BBC iPlayer. I would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a quiet couples getaway with plenty of nice dining experiences nearby.
