About Holme Pierrepont Country Park Campsite
Close to Nottingham and its great transport links, yet located in a large country park, this spot offers 18 acres devoted to camping and glamping. It's a perfect mix and offers camping made easy. There are a number of hardstanding pitches, with electric hook-up, as well as grass pitches and insulated camping arch pods, where you can just bring your stuff and get going. For added luxury, there are deluxe arches which sleep three people in a double bed and sofa bed. Bedding is provided and each arch has a small dining table, outside seating, decking, and private garden area.

Things to do on site and in the Nottingham area
There's so much to do at Holme Pierrepont. The home of the National Watersports Centre, the site has a large lake and extensive grounds that are perfect for exploring.
The regatta lake is available for kayaking, canoeing, rafting, paddleboarding, swimming, tubing, and wakeboarding. For those who prefer to stay on dry land there's Segway hire, miniature golf, play area, assault course, laser tag, gym, badminton, outdoor table tennis, and volleyball. There's also an aerial adventure course and climbing wall.
For children and families there is a woodland adventure playground and a nature trail are all on site and available to use, or you can get out and explore the nature reserve. It edges onto the River Trent, which has a footpath running alongside it, for relaxing walks.
The site organises entertainment such as mini regattas and triathlons. For more dining and entertainment options, Nottingham city centre is just ten minutes away. Here you can visit the Nottingham Castle Museum and Art Gallery, see the Statue of Robin Hood, and visit Museum of Nottingham Life at Brewhouse Yard.
