We stayed for one night in mid November. It was dark when we arrived at around 5:45pm. The site was dark and it was very hard to see where we should park on the grass field. The facilities were lovely. Very clean and nice and warm. The dish washing facilities were really good with plenty of sinks and lots of hot water. The shower and toilet facilities were very good, again warm with plenty of hot water. There was a nice café on site which sold hot food and fabulous coffees.

Booked in for a night after mountain biking in the Forest of Dean and Wales. Really good facilities, especially the cafe/restaurant where the food and service were top quality.

Just returned from a 3 night stay at Greenway. We enjoyed our stay and would return to the site in the future. There are 2 camping fields, we were allocated in Field F where the facilities are located. On the first night we were the only campers in F, the second night there was 1 other van which had been allocated to the pitch next to us. Given that there were only 2 vans it would've been nicer to have had more space given the pitch availability. The campsite was clean, shower facilities thought out well (hooks for clothes/towels etc and shower caddy for toiletries) and ample spaces for washing up. The man on reception was welcoming and recommended a local walk. I believe the cafe is independent from the campsite? The cafe staff utilised the outdoor benches frequently and as the campsite was quiet we felt like the staff were watching what we were up to. The goats, donkey and Shetland pony were a lovely surprise!

Nice site, clean and tidy accommodation and shower/toilet blocks. We stayed in a large pod (slept 4) and the 'beds' were sofa beds which for the kids is fine, but it's one of the most uncomfortable beds I've used. There was a ridge where the back of the sofa split in two which was either on our hip bone or belly/back. In my opinion there was ample room for a standard bed, along with the sofa bed for the little ones. Not much for the kids to do on-site either, but there were a few animals to look at and a site cat which was very friendly.

We have just returned home after spending 5 fabulous days at Greenway Farm Campsite. The site is perfect, close to lovely walks, close to shops and towns if you fancy a bit of shopping, great restaurant on site. The staff are all very helpful and friendly, especially Dave the owner of the site. They have lovely pods, sheds with beds and lodges, which we have booked already for a New Year getaway. Will definitely recommend and return in the future.

Good site. The pitch was a bit wet & caravan was bogging down too much but we were moved to a better one so all good in the end. Central for Ross on Wye & Monmouth which we visited. Lovely café on site-excellent food which, of course, we sampled quite a bit!

Lovely little site. Could possibly do with more toilet/shower facilities in busier months. The on site café was excellent. Spoke to site owner and was very friendly.

Couldn't have asked for a nicer lodge. We will always remember this place, as this is where where I proposed to my fiancé on New Year's Eve.

The Greenway farm campsite is a real find. The site itself is very clean and the shower facilities are excellent. The pitch we had was fairly level but you do need ramps to get it properly level. The location has easy access to a great dog walking area in the woods at the top of the road about 200 meters away where you dog can roam off lead and discover the forest. The restaurant on the site is excellent and people visit for miles around as its so good. The Sunday roast is amazing and you can get all meals in take away boxes if you want to eat in your Motorhome. Lots of places to visit in the area so I will definitely be back.

This was our first stay and only our 3rd camping experience. We probably need to explore the sites more as my husband only found the 'nicer' showers where he could get dry outside the shower cubicle on the morning that we were leaving. A couple of the showers had not been cleaned from the evening before. Maybe that is the norm? I was showering early. The cafe food is excellent and the lemon meringue pie 'is to die for'. I wish I lived closer. We will be coming again. Thank you!

Lovely welcome by really friendly staff...just one very slight criticism about access with a caravan. The approach turns into the site from the little lane proved rather a challenge as we almost missed the entrance to the site due to the information and welcome notice board being situated on the right- completely out of sight until you had almost driven past it! Not good in a narrow lane with a caravan on tow. Needs either a second board opposite it, or to be changed to the left side. Just a suggestion. Loved our few days in the area though, thank you 😊

Not the first time we have stayed here, but a lot has changed over the years. We decided to stay in an arc as we didn't want the hassle of a tent. Although we had a 6-person pod there were only 3 adults and 2 dogs. This gave us more room to manoeuvre. The first night we decided that the settee beds were not that comfortable for an ageing body or big enough, so we had a 'bed' each. All the facilities are available, a kettle, microwave, fridge with mini freezer, gas hob, bbq and toaster (not quite big enough for a slice of warburtons). The food in the cafe is amazing and strongly recommend splashing out and having a meal or one of the delightful cakes. All of the staff we met were friendly and hospitable. The site itself is very quiet and is within walking distance of some great hiking. For a longer hike Malards Pike or Cannop Ponds are a short drive away.

Lovely caravan and camp site, close to activities in FOD. Didn't really have any interaction with staff other than check in. Map provided of site was a bit basic and some facilities such as drinking water points had to be found ourselves. Showers were pretty clean but could do with a longer run between button presses and shower heads were a bit limescaled. Lots of open space for ball games and kids to run about safely but would recommend a small playground for younger ones as an upgrade in the future.
Really lovely campsite

Perfect campsite. Facilities were perfect, with clean toilets and showers. Restaurant breakfast was stunning and although we didn't have Sunday lunch, the smell was beautiful. Would highly recommend.
