Fabulous location, really feels like you're in the middle of nowhere. Cafe staff were amazing, when they were due to shut they made me 2 takeaways, when I realised I'd forgotten our BBQ! Really spacious pitches, very clean bathrooms, huge holiday park, but really peaceful. Would really recommend, so much so that we arrived home and rebooked.

Showers are small a lot of coat hooks broken, serviced pitch the connections are at front of van not the rear needling hoses. Site is ok, clean and tidy. Great play area for children.

Lovely place to stay. Good for all ages. Food and service in the cafe were excellent. The reception staff were welcoming and friendly. The antique shops were a bonus, great to have a mooch around.

We really liked this site. It was nice and quiet. The shower and toilet cubicles were clean and provided what you need. There was a little pub and a cafe, which had lovely food. The onsite shop had minimal goods....the basics like milk, and a small selection of goodies such as sweets, popcorn etc. I would have liked to see a selection of magazines.
Nice stay, convenient location

We enjoyed our stay at Lady Heyes site. We didn't get a chance to use some of the facilities or see the shops as we were only there for a weekend seeing family. Our pitch (15) was a very level site but the water tap was quite a bit away from our motor home and we had a long hose that just about reached the tap. The motorhome grey water dump was also not really suitable for the larger motorhome. We would stay again, maybe for a bit longer.

Staff friendly and helpful and the cafe looked lovely and pleasant. Didn't have food but it did look lovely. The bar has a limited choice of alcohol but it does have pool table, a games console area, TVs and board games. The pitches were not super tidy but they were a fair size. The toilet was ok - the showers were quite small but it does have a family shower room. Play park for kids but no swing or roundabout for younger kids, this could be improved on. Good for a short break, lots of choice of different accommodation choices if not in a tent or caravan.

The staff were really friendly and helpful, nothing seemed too much trouble. We originally booked for one night whilst passing through with our motorhome but ended up booking a second night. We'd definitely visit again, there was plenty to do in the local area.

Just arrived home after a 2 night new year break, first time at Lady Hayes and we loved it. Extremely clean and tidy and a great café with good selection of food and drink. There is also a pub but unfortunately it wasn't open as it was a bank holiday, was a little gutted but will go next time. Fantastic shopping site on site with a gorgeous candle shop where we purchased some lovely gifts. Lady Hayes is definitely recommend and we will be back.

We were only staying for one night and had a bad site the day before so expectations were low. But, from arrival to leaving the site it was brilliant - pitches, showers and toilets all brilliant. I could imagine a full week's holiday here would be really nice.

A well organised site with friendly and professional staff. Facilities clean and warm. Great little pub on site, a 10 min walk to The Travellers Rest and a 40 min walk into Frodsham. Will definitely stay here again.

We usually go to different sites so was a bit sceptical but wow! What a fantastic site to stay at. It is on the top of my list now for visiting again, loved it. The showers and toilets were so clean and well kept. The café & bar are fab, the food we had was so good and the friendliness of all the staff is fantastic - they can't do enough to help. The only thing I can moan about is that the staff do use the washing machines and dryers to do the on site laundry, so we had to wait until late to use them, but I can't wait to visit again - it's lovely.

Stayed here for 1 night with my husband. It was quiet as most people had returned home. We did say that the site was a little untidy and there seemed to be nobody around picking litter up. We realised that a lot of the other caravanners did not clean up after themselves. The site definitely needs some tender loving care, and the "playground" just needs knocking down as it looked very sad and worn with no swings in at all. All that said, it was convenient for us to go out walking and my grandchild and son really enjoyed themselves at the club. We would not return as it is not the campsite for us, but I am sure some families would like it if there were more events on. Did not use the shower or toilets so cannot comment if they were clean or not.

We enjoyed our stay in the Deluxe Pod. The pod facilities were in good condition and clean. The double bunk beds were great and the hot tub was fantastic. There was a kettle, 2 mugs and 2 cups but we would have preferred some kitchen equipment such as toaster, microwave, plates and cutlery. The toilet in the pod was very small too so it was difficult to close the door whilst in the toilet! And the sink had no plug and leaked at the bottom a little bit. But there were additional toilet and shower facilities exclusive for the deluxe pod guests which were useful. They could do with more outdoor seating on the decking as there were 3 of us but only 2 chairs. We liked that parking was right next to the pod but it was a tight squeeze. The cafe onsite was nice and the staff friendly. We enjoyed our stay and the facilities are good but could do with a few extra touches to improve the stay.

All staff were so friendly throughout our stay, facilities were lovely and the pitch was a good size. Weather wasn't great on the Saturday but was on the Sunday so we asked if we could stay for a late check out, which was no trouble at all, just £5 extra! Lovely little shops on site and a Morrisons and little town just a 6 min drive! Would 100% recommend this site and would 100% return!

We stayed for 3 nights. We ate at the cafe on site once and the food was well cooked and fresh, the menu was limited and two fish and chips with coffee came in at just under £25. BBQ and briquette for fire cost just over £6 so will take my own next time. Stayed in original pod which was clean, the bed was comfortable and there was a standard under counter fridge. I would probably pay the extra next time and have a shower and toilet in the pod, although the shower block was very clean. All in all a good break, very peaceful, slightly overlooked as original pods are sited around circular green. Our car was parked only about 30 ft from pod. The staff were really friendly and professional and the on-site antique shop was interesting. The hot tub was filled as we arrived and ready to use within 20 minutes. Will be going again but will upgrade next time.
No WiFi, except for pods

Site is well looked after and clean. Large plots for each caravan or campervan. Disappointed that there was no WiFi, except for the Pods, which is not really acceptable in this day and age. I have marked down for this reason.

We have stayed here many times and love the site. Toilet and shower block is always clean but only slightly negative is hooks are broken in some shower cubicles and shower heads point towards door not down. Would not put us off staying again
