About Head Fen Country Retreat
Edging three counties, there's lots to see from this base between Norfolk, Cambridgeshire and Suffolk. The retreat is well designed and includes a series of beautiful lakes, attracting lots of wildlife. There are grass pitches for campers and tourers alike, some of which come with electric hook up for your ease. The shepherd's huts here are a top notch affair, with fully furnished interiors and space to BBQ outside. You'll settle down on a kingsize bed, have your own private ensuite facilities and a private peg reserved for you on the lake. Outside on the decking you can take in the view with garden furniture, and the VIP pods even offer a private hot tub! The VIP pods with hot tubs welcome up to two dogs, sorry no pets in the other style of pod. Take part in some fishing by this beautiful lake.

Things to do on site and in the Ely area
Only 10 mins away is the Welney Wetlands Centre, great for spotting birds and the Ely Cathedral is another one to visit - it can be seen from site on bright, clear days.
Walkers can burn off some energy along the Hereward Way and fun shopping and dining are on the cards at Ely (10 mins) and Cambridge (30 mins).
