Spent my birthday at a quiet and peaceful camping site. Walltree gave me memories and the airfield nearby is extraordinary.

We had a lovely stay, it was a very quiet campsite throughout the day, with great pitches and facilities. The only problem we had were the other camping neighbours were very loud on the pitch next door until very early hours of the morning. Other than that a great stay. Would come again, thank you :)

We found this site really welcoming, the couple who run the site came around each pitch and introduced themselves and asked if everything was ok. Really friendly couple. The site was well set out and the pitches were easy to get to, facilities were kept clean at all times and the added entertainment of the sky divers from the airfield next door was great. We will definitely being going back for sure. It's not too far from a town where there are lots of supermarkets and shops if you need things.

Perfect location if you want a peaceful stay in the countryside. The site was laid out really nicely and the facilities were great. There are amazing walks to local towns & villages with brilliant dog friendly pubs. Couldn't recommend more!

My partner and I stayed for a long weekend in May and had a fantastic time. Beautiful scenery with lots of lovely walks located around the area. Right next to an active airbase, not too noisy to cause a nuisance and you get to watch the skydivers landing just next door. Each pitch is mown into longer grass providing moderate seclusion from other campers, so you get privacy. Nearby pubs are very nice with many typical English villages (I recommend Deddington). Toilets and showers are clean and inviting, there are washing up facilities and logs/kindling readily available. Only downside is the firepits are a little small, we would've liked a slightly bigger fire, especially with the cold weather on the first night! All in all, stay here!

The facilities were great and clean, beautiful setting and firewood, etc. provided with an honesty box. Loved our little trip away and will be back again.

Absolutely recommend this campsite, had an amazing time, facilities are spot on. We really liked the firepit as well and the size of the pitch, slightly bigger than expected 😊

Enjoyed the stay. If would make one recommendation it would be for solar powered lights at intervals along the walk ways. My torches battery expired and in the dark on the way to the wash house I strayed into the long grass, tripped and bruised my arm, chin and chest.

We loved our stay, the pitches are very well maintained and beautiful sitting amongst the long grass with all its wildlife. We had a fire and firewood is very well stocked and reasonably priced. The airfield next door provides interesting viewing, we saw paragliders and sky divers landing their parachutes. Only quibbles are the main bins needed emptying urgently as overflowing and in hot weather.

We loved our night at Walltree House Camping! Facilities were lovely and clean. We all loved being surrounded by nature on this well designed site. Our 4 year old loved having the freedom to run around without any of us worrying about vehicles driving around the site (it’s luggage drop off only which worked really we even with all our gear). Plus the free entertainment watching the skydivers, gliders and helicopters from our pitch was an added bonus! We can’t wait to come back ❤️🏕

Lovely stay and great to have a fire pit and picnic table on the plot. The amenities were well equipped and clean. Also loved seeing the parachuters landing in the airfield next to us! We look forward to visiting again. Thank you!
