A fabulous site with clean facilities.

Great camping park

Really impressed with this holiday park. Communication for arrival information was great, the check in process was simple and straight forward. We were welcomed immediately and given all information. The park is small and quiet, perfect for a family holiday. It's very clean and modern, with everything you need, including a great play area for kids! The location is perfect for day trips to various places along the coast. For the price we paid, I'm very impressed with what we got. Would recommend for anyone visiting Cornwall!

Very tranquil and welcoming

Couldn't fault anything, and would highly recommend. Just a lovely site, well laid-out and the facilities were spotless. We are camping novices and would have no hesitation in returning. Thank you.

Great holiday site

This was our first time at the Laurels Holiday Park. We loved the separate, individual spaces split by lovely well maintained hedges providing that little extra privacy. The site itself was well maintained and had clean and accessible facilities. Only feedback was no where to put your shower items (floor was wet) in the shower cubicle itself. A seating shelf would have been perfect. Great holiday, helped by a great location and holiday park.

Superb site

We arrived at this site a couple of hours early but following a call to the owner Jo, were welcomed onto the pitch. Jo was very pleasant and informative about the local area, and assisted me in sorting bus routes to various tourist hotspots. We wanted to visit Port Issac, which is nearby. The site is beautifully laid out. The pitches are of great quality, the lawns and dividing bushes are very well maintained. The shower block is spotless, as is the washing up area. A launderette on site. A well equipped children's play area, and a safe enclosed dog exercise area. The attention to detail is second to none. I had initially booked a 2 night stay here, but within an hour booked an extra night, so we were able to spend an extra day in Padstow. Highly recommend and would definitely return. Thank you for a great weekend.

Beautiful site, very clean and inviting

Great park, lovely shower room and toilet facilities. Welcoming staff that were very helpful. Great location, lots of stunning coastline that is easily accessible. I would stay here again for sure.

Lovely site, great location

Absolutely lovely site, facilities were great, very clean. The pitches are fab. Great location for Padstow, Port Isaac and of course, Wadebridge.

100% recommend

Couldn't be happier with The Laurels. We only stayed for one night due to our own commitments, however we both seen enough to want to come back on the next adventure we make into Cornwall. Easy to get to and a good location for experiencing North Cornwall way. All facilities within the site were spotless and the showers were possibly the best showers I've had at a campsite.

Our stay

Didn't expect a view, but got a lovely one of the toilet block directly in front of our allocated pitch. This should have been something other than a pitch to be honest, as I could hear people walking back and forth to the block all night. Very clean facilities, but very noisy road and pitches were close together. Considering the price, I was very disappointed with our stay.

Hi Oliver, Thanks for the comment regarding your pitch. It is actually one of our most requested large pitches as it is closer to the facilities - there were no notes on your booking to be away from the facility block. You need only have voiced your concerns to us and we would have found you another pitch as it was a quiet time when you stayed. We are on call 24/7 and live on-site with our mobile contact number available in all pre-arrival emails, on the welcome board and up at the facility block that you were so close to. It might be an idea to say something at the time as that way you would have had a more enjoyable stay and we wouldn't have received this review.

Very helpful when the weather was rough, couldn't do enough

Lovely site

A very well maintained and run campsite. The facilities were spotlessly clean and of a high standard. The pitch was a very good size and offered good privacy. Handy location for Mid Cornwall - we easily visited Newquay, Padstow and Wadebridge during our stay.

Nice site

Very nice campsite which is in an ideal location for getting out and about to different resorts via car or public transport. The only downside is there are no pubs/restaurants in easy walking distance.

Lovely well kept site

Nice small clean and friendly. Our pitch was just a bit too close to the main road, so we found it very noisy but it didn't detract from a nice stay.
