We all had a lovely time camping at Gopsall Hall farm, staff were very friendly and helpful even kept the kids entertained at one point 😁. We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely site with facilities and a bar. The showers however are push button operated so the temperature cannot be adjust and get pretty hot, they are also attached so the height cannot be changed making it hard to shower kids. Everything else was nice.

Many thanks for the review :-) We wish you had mentioned the shower heat whilst staying and we could have tweaked. Thanks!

Really enjoyed it here. Pub is great. Toilets and showers are clean and smart. Even my picky mother in law likes it, so it must be good!

Great little site, everything feels fairly new and well looked after. The Gopsall Inn was incredible, live music, street food. It had a lovely vibe 👌🏻

Unfortunately, we had horrendous weather and had to leave early, but the campsite was great! Really nice toilet and shower facilities, and great on site pub with live music! Would definitely go back, just hope for better weather or a more waterproof tent next time!

Camp was lovely but showers and toilets not cleaned all weekend - we stayed Saturday till Tuesday and no sign of cleaners. Also, shop wasn't open most of the time.
Not helped by the weather

We had a great welcome at reception and were helped out when we realised our electric hook up cable was too short (it's one electric hook up post per 2/3 pitches, so you'll need an extension). Admittedly this was our first time on a hook up pitch and to be honest, we found the pitch very small (this might be the norm?) The instructions we were sent prior to arriving were a little confusing (in our opinion), so we ended up having to move our tent after we'd put it up, which was annoying. The toilet facilities were spotless on the Saturday, but unfortunately they got progressively worse over the weekend. A noisy family group spoilt our first night, the second night was better but I did have to contact the warden about the same group who were slightly less rowdy, but still playing loud music at gone 10pm. You are under the flight path of planes leaving East Mids, so if you're a light sleeper, you'll struggle. The weather was so bad we didn't do any exploring, but saw lots of people off on walks. The pop up pub was great (but expensive), but our kids were bored after one drink so unfortunately we didn't get to stay there long. Overall it was ok, but I'm not entirely sure we'd return.

Beautiful site and scenery. Staff were very accommodating and helpful and new shower block was fantastic. We will definitely be back. My one suggestion would be you have a pub that is open on a Saturday. Everywhere around our caravan was barbecuing set your own barbecue up. Hook up with the butcher that is advertising right outside your drive and offer your guest a barbecue in the summer.

We found the site to be in a beautiful area with first class, high end facilities. Superb bathrooms and shower with hot water. There were some noisy guests in site with music and loud singing late at night, we contacted the reception number at 22:40 and they responded quickly and dealt with the situation with minimal fuss. We packed up Sunday morning following a heavy down pour that lasted all night, the staff were happily providing a free tow to any cars that were stuck in the ground. We will happily be returning!

We stayed in a tipi with our granddaughters. The tipi was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The outside kitchen was also far better than we imagined. It had full kitchen equipment. The staff were very helpful and welcoming. The whole site was spotless and well kept. We would definitely be coming back!

Very tidy place, a couple of nice walks. Site was tidy and well looked after. Facilities for electric hookup users were very clean and nice smelling. For non electric users, facilities were basic, but clean. Go prepared as no shops local. Closest was about 20 min drive away, but there is a farm shop pretty close for food.
A really pleasant site

Excellent facilities, always warm water and clean toilets and showers. Our second visit this summer. We might well come again next year! Really nice area. Came with our grandchildren and it was very convenient for visiting Twy Cross Zoo. Nice roomy site, great for children to run around.
Lovely spot, close to zoo!

Gopsall Hall Inn was brilliant. The female showers required more frequent cleaning, as younger campers would use the facilities without supervision. The spacing between pitches was very close, some of the dogs around the site were left to roam free and created some tensions with others that had their dogs on a lead. Site overall was well maintained and tidy.
Stay at Gopsall Hall Farm, wet but still great

Nice weekend stay at Gopsall. We can see the effort the owners have put into it and its long term potential. The pop up bar with singer was fabulous. The pods and Tipis looked amazing. Site is easy to get to and well located. Pitches were a good size. Large space for the kids to play football and games. It was nice being on a farm. There are a few little things that would help. Some squeegee mops in washblock to clear the water left in changing space in the showers. The water point could do with an overhaul as I had to straddle a large puddle and some mud to fill our water carrier. A few more washing up sinks would also help as we had to queue at times. I’m sure this will all be sorted in time and it wouldn’t put me off a return visit.
Lively weekend

Great location from Birmingham. Excellent facilities and the pop up pub was great. The camping field did feel a little tightly packed, especially as a couple of larger groups had multiple cars.

Lovely campsite with 20 electric hookup pitches. Our cable didn't reach so they bought out an extension. It's details like that that made them exceptional. The site is very comfortable with a brand new shower block building and the best showers you'll find away from home. They also have pods and tipi's. We will be using them again. Highly recommended.

A really nice time away at this delightful place! Signposted very well from the main road to the site, and then once around the site, sign posting continued to be very clear and helpful. The pod was brilliant, very clean, laid out well with great facilities inside. The bed was very comfortable; the 'egg chair' was great to sit in as well and just look across at the expansive green fields and the forest in the distance. The hot tub was great and on all the time - I used it everyday. Shame the weather was a little bit cold, but the big glass doors meant you could sit inside and be warm, whilst still having a great view. A lot of care and thought has gone into planning the site and the seeing steps for expansion yet providing privacy for users. I loved staying here and hope to return later in the year (hopefully when it is a bit warmer!).

We enjoyed our stay, good roads and easy access for towing a caravan for my first time. Kids enjoyed it to and being close to Twycross Zoo is a bonus. Toilet and shower are lovely but showers were hot.

Just returned from a fantastic weekend camping at Gopsall Hall Farm. A great site with a fantastic atmosphere, lovely clean facilities and endless wholesome fun for kids. We visited the pop up pub to watch the Coronation with a Pimms, the owners went out of their way to get it shown on the big screen and even the terrible weather couldn’t have spoilt the atmosphere there! A fantastic weekend from start to finish and I really can’t recommend this site highly enough ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Thank you Gopsall, we will be back!
