A lovely, peaceful and quiet site with modern and clean facilities. The closeness to the local restaurant/bar/spa was also a great bonus! There is however no local shop nearby, so be prepared. The views and local walks do make it worthwhile and definitely worth the visit.

Great location for all North Wales. Very easy to get to as well. There is road noise from A55, but you soon become accustomed to it. Waste was too far from caravan for pipes to reach so I had to empty manually, other than that no issues, a good secure site.

Lovely site. Convenient for us to have a short break without travelling too far. Quiet, but was off-peak. Handy for local attractions and walks with the dog, plus a handy dog walk. Very nice showers and toilets. Large spaces for caravans. Had a lovely meal in the restaurant which allowed dogs into the bar area. Could have been given a welcome pack on arrival. Had to ask for the gate number in the bar.

We booked a last minute stay at this site as its fairly local to our home (within 30 mins) and it means we can still do the odd job, without losing out on using our motorhome. Upon arrival, we were allocated plot 3. Conveniently located near to the facilities and a level hardstanding pitch which easily accommodated our tag axle motorhome (8.3mts). The site is spotlessly clean. The toilet and showers are modern, warm, light and easy to access. The cubicles are large, so even with my extra large frame, dressing and showering in comfort was so easy. The whole area is attended to regularly & Rob was doing a brilliant job of thoroughly cleaning the block down on the morning we left. The is a pub and Spa attached, with a dog friendly area but we didn't use it on this occasion. Our neighbouring Motorhome users did and said it was a lovely experience. There is a dog walk on site, which although doesn't lead anywhere, is mown and flat with a dog bin provided by the entrance. My dog loved all the smells and watching the sheep grazing in the adjacent paddocks. A bonus and handy for late night walkies. All in all, we had a lovely relaxed stay and managed to hop across to Anglesey on the Monday afternoon as the weather was glorious. We would highly recommend it for a relaxing get away. It is very peaceful site and the showers etc are a credit to the owners.

Thank you so much for your positive feedback! It sounds like you and your dog had a lovely time here at Rhuallt Country Park. We will pass on your positive review to Rob, who I'm sure will be pleased to hear that his work doesn't go unrecognised. Let's keep spreading positivity. Come back and see us soon! Maybe even treat yourself to a spa treatment and a lovely evening meal at the White Spa and the White House Restaurant.

Lovely peaceful, immaculate little site, love that you have your own tap/brick BBQ, even on a tent pitch. Only 10/15 minute drive from the coast. Perfect for a 'get away from it all' break. Hopefully will get chance to return 🤞

Excellent location. Ideal if you want a day out to visit other parts of Wales. We had a electric grass tent pitch which was huge. The shower and toilet blocks were spotlessly clean and having the onsite restaurant was also a plus. Only negative I can give is that the dual carriageway runs alongside the site, which can be quite noisy if you're staying in a tent. Would definitely recommend this site and will be back next year.

This was the first time we have stayed at an adults only campsite and we were very impressed with the peace and quiet. Perfect for a lovely relaxing weekend. We'll definitely be going back.

An absolute hidden gem. This site is excellent. The warden was a lovely man and helpful. The facilities are super, large showers with plenty of space to dry off and keep your belongings dry. So neat and clean and very well laid out. Pitch was level and well kept, with electric hook up, water and BBQ on every pitch so no carrying heavy water containers. Washing up area was all under cover and had plenty of hot water. Everything was so good we cannot wait to go back. Location wise, it is perfect for all of the coastline, and well connected to the A55 so everywhere is accessible. Thank you to the White House restaurant team too. The meals are tasty, with a good selection and reasonably priced. Often campsite bars are expensive, but the White House even gives residents a "happy hour" with 20% off. We had a really great week - see you again soon.

We found the park to be really good and the restaurant on-site was very good and on the door step, which is really handy. Wash rooms were very clean and good size showers. There is a good walk for the dogs on-site. All in all, we enjoyed our stay, although one down side was the motorway noise.

Found this campsite by chance but will definitely be going back. We stayed in our tent. There are only four tent spaces and most of the campsite is caravans and camper vans. Each space has its own electric hook up and water supply. Showers and toilets are lovely and clean. The only down side was the noise from the A55. Didn't bother us, but a lot of reviews complaining... take earplugs, it helps 😊

Our fully serviced pitch was very spacious & the site was in a scenic spot. We made use of the excellent onsite restaurant & paid for a day pass at the spa, which made it a lovely and relaxing short break.

Great first experience and a lovely site, having a warden on hand was very helpful. The dog walking area was a bit poor, and calling it a country park is pushing it a bit. We had a takeaway which was nice, but a bit pricey in my opinion. We visited during the end of February so the weather limited us in a bit. The facilities, such as the showers etc, were first class.

A nice, quiet site. Very clean toilet and shower block. We thought that £20 each for a swim was too expensive and the restaurant was closed for two nights due to staffing issues. Would we stay again? Probably not.

This is my personal view - felt a bit too remote, no public transport to anywhere, no local shops. However, the positives were: absolutely fantastic site, very very clean. Nigel (the warden) was very approachable and easy to talk to and knows the area very well. the food in the restaurant is 5*, Bryony and Tom were excellent hosts. It wasn't too busy when we ate but I believe booking is recommended. Will definitely return when the weather is warmer - on this stay, that wasn't too kind.
A good clean site

Ideal location for North Wales coast and mountains. But does the music have to be that loud? The entertainment was very loud and went on until about midnight. In hindsight I would have asked for a pitch further away. We were on pitch 28 and it was still loud.
