A note from the site themselves...

When staying with us, you will also be greeted by our funny furry friends. Koby and Sugar were the first to join our quirky little gang. They are retired beach donkeys who came to live with us after pinching too many ice creams and misbehaving!

Barney and Wilma are our cheeky brother and sister pygmy goats, and will always be happy to take food off of your hands. We also have chickens and ducks which you will see often see wandering around and they also provide some delicious eggs!

We all look forward to welcoming you soon, Rebecca

Shepherd's Hut - Shepherd's Hut (Rosebay)Aug 2024

Really lovely stay in rosebay at Bramble Hill glamping. The shepherds hut was really well equipped, clean and great for our family of four (two kids aged 3 & 5). The hot tub was a lovely addition and we had lots of fun seeing the animals, playing in the games room and the site is super close to lots of lovely beaches. Photos of the gorgeous view from the hot tub and my kids watching the chicken that visited us with fascination! Would definitely recommend.

What a lovely place! The Shepherds hut was brill, perfect for a family! Bathroom was massive compared to other places I've stayed! Loved the outside kitchen and BBQ too! The hot tub was so easy to use and kept my daughter entertained! Hoping to get back soon.

A real gem, don't miss it

Shepherd's Hut - Shepherd's Hut (Rosebay)Jul 2024

An absolute find! The location it's self was perfect. Quiet and peaceful but not in the middle of nowhere. The hut itself was immaculate, with really comfy beds and well set up. Everything has been thought about and is explained and ready for you on arrival. Even down to named parking spaces, a wheelbarrow to help carry stuff and the instruction books inside. The kitchen outside is lovely, with a fridge for necessities inside. The fire and hot tub are easy to use and they provide a good amount of wood. You can buy more if you want and is not expensive. The hot tub was a real hit and whilst takes a couple of hours to heat, keeps its heat well and was a real hit! The donkeys are a great distraction for the kids and the play barn was simple, but ideal. Spent a good hour in there with the 7 year old everyday. A ten min walk to the beach and you can walk as far as you like. Absolutely everything it says on the tin and more. Clean, well presented and lots of thought been put into it. A real treat to get away from the screen and work. Felt properly rejuvenated afterwards. It's worth noting the weather was vile when there, but that didn't dampen spirits at all. Sat at the outside table, wrapped up playing board games (some mine and some theirs) dry and happy as Larry. Will definitely be going back. A real find and beautifully laid out. Others in the site but spaced out well, so you don't disturb. Cracking family business. Thank you.
