About Llwyn Onn Glamping
This peaceful adult only glamping site is located off the A5 close to the village of Rhydlydan. The picturesque village of Betws-y-Coed is also just 15 minutes away, offering a range of walks and amenities with Snowdonia National Park just a stone's throw away, great for keen hikers. The glamping pods and shepherd huts are situated in four distinct large areas separated by hedges, trees and surrounded by dry stone walls. Each outside area has a picnic bench, BBQ stand and fire pit, the perfect place to sit and watch the sunset over the Snowdonia Mountain Range. Situated just outside the dark sky zone, enjoy watching the night sky in all its glory. Each of the shepherd's huts and glamping pods sleeps up to two adults and come fully furnished with a double bed, bedding, Freeview TV and a table and chairs. For your comfort, there is an electric fire to cosy up to, with an abundance of cushions, blankets and a range of lighting and plug sockets. In the morning you can enjoy a fully stocked breakfast hamper with everything you will need for breakfast during your stay. Enjoy eggs from the free roaming chickens, locally sourced sausages and bacon, fruit juice, long life milk, bread, cereals, preserves, tins of baked beans and plum tomatoes. Dietary requirements can also be adhered to. Guests will also have full use of the glamping kitchen which includes a dining table and comfy seating area, perfect for meeting other glampers. The dart board and board games are also perfect for your evenings entertainment. Towels, bathmats and comfy dressing gowns are also provided. Set in the rolling moors of the Hiraethog, the site provides incredible views across the Snowdonia National Park to Snowdon and the mountain range. The site's proximity to Corsydd Nug A Merddwr SSSI, the lake to the front of the house, means it is a great spot for seeing wildlife. You will also find free roaming chickens and four very inquisitive alpacas, Yogi, BooBoo, D'Jango and Ranger, onsite. Up to two four legged friends are also welcome to join you for your stay, with plenty of great dog walks nearby.
Llwyn Onn Glamping is open from 22/03 to 27/10 in 2024 and from 21/03 to 25/10 in 2025.

Keep the area around your unit tidy & clear of all rubbish.

The management reserve the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behaviour is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.
Things to do on site and in the Betws-Y-Coed area
Llwyn Onn Glamping is perfectly located for visiting all that North Wales has to offer. If you are searching for a picturesque walking trail, Rhaeadr Ewynnol Swallow Falls Waterfall (25 minutes) is a must. Take in the sites from multiple viewing platforms and have your great taken away by the spectacular waterfalls.
If you want to explore the beautiful landscape in style, there is nothing better than the Bala Lake Railway (30 minutes). Hop on the vintage steam train and be guided through green valleys, Snowdonia National Park and past the famous Bala Lake.
For those who are feeling brave, Zip World Fforest is a 15 minute drive away. Ride a coaster through the countryside at 25mph, take on the zip safari with 21 zip lines, rope bridges and balance boards or try out the tandem drop and be plummeted 100 feet!
