Price increase

Now that the prices have increased dramatically for 2025 (£34.25, one person for one night, a £5.25 increase), I'm not sure l will be returning, which is a shame as it is a wonderful location. I thought the showers and toilets areas were unclean, and they hadn't been cleaned for the first 3 days out my 4 day stay. The roof of the onsite Shelter had been blown off and was never repaired, and the floor of this shelter was like an ice rink, an accident waiting to happen. The pipes were frozen on the day of departure and there was no fresh water to be had on the actual site. If you raise prices, it has to be followed up by good service, and unfortunately I feel this site isn't. One thing l will say is the girls on the paying kiosk are excellent, and must have the patience of a Saint! (Well Done to you all)

Hi Ian, Thank you very much for your feedback. I'm really sorry that you've had a bad experience at the Nevis Range Campervan Park. We are currently in the process of recruiting a cleaner to make sure all our facilities are up to speck again. Apologies regarding the shelter roof, it has been flagged to us and it's currently on the process of being rectified. The taps do freeze with colder temperatures and we have an alternative tap at the front of the Pinemarten Cafe, which unfortunately on this occasion, was out of action as we are pulling the café toilets apart. Therefore we were offering drinking water from the Trails' End Bar instead, but this may have not been passed to you, so once again my most sincere apologies. Brilliant location

A brilliant location! The bar was open for food and drink in the evening, the service was great. I felt that the facilities were dirty. However, I am a huge believer if we all treated things with respect, it would never get to a poor condition. Nether the less, it should be maintained.

Nevis campsite

This is the second time we have stayed in our van at this site. The facilities are lovely and the showers are amazing. It was my first time having to use the disabled facilities and I loved it. My only small criticism of all showers is that there is no shelf to put your toiletries on, this is especially important when using the disabled facilities. The only other thing of note was that as you walk from the site over the bridge to the facilities, there is a sudden concrete edge, which actually sticks up at one end. The lighting is very poor, which makes this even more of a trip hazard. I know this is a campervan site and is up a hill, but I still feel this could be fixed to make it much safer for all.
