We really enjoyed our stay here, it was so peaceful and scenic. It's a small campsite so it feels very private. The site is on a natural meadow with mown areas for tents, which I really liked. Each pitch has its own toilet, picnic bench and fire pit. The wash up, shower and toilet facilities are in good condition and clean. Owners were very friendly and helpful. Lots of thought had gone into it. There was an area where phones could be charged, games and information were available, a fridge to use and baskets of firewood to buy.
Best campsite ever

Liz and Terry had put a lot of work in to give us such a high standard of environmentally friendly camping. This place is special. No cars on site but barrows to take your kit through mown pathways in the butterfly meadow. Your own composting loo and fire pit. Well spaced pitches. No midges. Heaven.
Excellent campsite

My partner and I stayed here for a few nights away this July! We had such a lovely time at this hidden gem of a campsite. The campsite is made up of large individual pitches in a beautiful meadow; each pitch has its own toilet and there was a shared (hot!) shower with a sink for washing up. The owners provided everything we could want, including washing up liquid and sponges, and there was firewood, fresh eggs and marshmallows on sale! There was masses to do in the local area, with several national trust properties and the National Botanic Garden of Wales a short drive away. There were some beautiful walks around the campsite and a lovely pond to see. We would highly recommend this campsite to everyone, especially for a family getaway (there was a great, fully stocked children's play area). Liz and Terry - thanks so much for such a great stay!

A really lovely place to stay. Clean, quiet and spacious. The owners have gone to a lot of trouble to make things as comfortable as possible for guests. It was great to have our own private composting toilet, and hot showers are shared between only 5 pitches. Access to a fridge freezer is also handy. The only slight disadvantage is not being able to unload straight onto the pitch - but the wheelbarrows were great.

Absolutely loved the wild setting. Beautiful meadow, surrounded by mature trees. The couple who run the site are super sweet and friendly. The attention to detail is lovely. Everything clean and in good condition. Our kids and dog were perfectly accommodated. Highly recommended.
