Excellent vibe from the very start of our stay. There's beautiful scenery at the camp and up Hope mountain. We enjoyed the BBQ, campfire, and open kitchen. Getting to feel the chickens was unexpectedly really fun. It rained one night and the lovely owner came down and helped us with log burner in our tipi.

Pod - Ty Seren Glamping PodAug 2024

The accommodation was lovely, it was comfortable, clean and everything you would need was available. Our host, Robin, was on hand if we needed anything and was brilliant with our daughter and all the other children, making sure they got the chance to feed the chickens and sheep. This has been the most relaxing holiday we have had for years and the view every night relaxing round the fire pit was to die for.

Tipi or Wigwam - Ty Mynydd TipiMay 2024

Never felt more at home. Breath-taking view, genuine hospitality, easy to access local farms and shops. Hikes for different physical strengths, spacious campsite. Loved that it's green, simple & natural set up. Everyone in family loved the experience. Recommended. I wasn't sure what to expect as my 13 year old had done the booking. I was pleasantly surprised. Never felt more at home by a holiday destination. Breath-taking view, genuine hospitality, easy to access local farms and shops. Hikes are available for different physical strengths. Plenty of activities nearby. The camp itself is spacious; you don't feel like sharing the kitchen or the garden. We loved its simple and natural set up. We used BBQ set up and lit campfire in the evenings. The weather was on our side. We enjoyed the sunset across the horizon. Everyone in the family loved the experience. The toddler was free to roam the garden as there were no hazards, the 9 year old had fun feeding and chasing the chickens. We were even allowed to use the freshly laid eggs. Recommended.

Pod - Ty Seren Glamping PodApr 2024

We had amazing 2 night stay in the pod. Pod was clean and had everything which you would need during your stay. Our kids enjoyed a lot while picking up eggs, feeding sheep and finding hidden stones and completing the word. We loved cooking in outdoor kitchen and BBQ pits are just perfect if you want to enjoy your evening with a BBQ and an amazing sunset view. Robin is a great host and he knows how to keep kids happy and busy.

Pod - Ty Coed Glamping PodApr 2024

It was one of the best glamping experiences ever. The location and pods were amazing and peaceful and made you feel very close to nature. The place has almost all the useful services. The BBQ and fireplace stuff is nicely built close to the pods. The field kitchen is a great addition to enjoy outdoor cooking with gas hobs. The kids specifically enjoyed feeding chickens and picking eggs along with feeding sheep. Robin is a great host and it's a very welcoming environment. We really appreciate that he offered us free eggs from the field chickens during our entire stay and even engaged our kids with feeding animals all three days. Great place to stay with kids. Lots of amazing attractions nearby, thanks to Robin who guided us through these spots, so were able to make the most of them.

Tipi or Wigwam - Ty Mynydd TipiAug 2023

We have just come back from a wonderful stay in the tipi. Our host Robin was brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble. He kept the kids entertained with scavenger hunts, feeding the farm animals and letting them collect their own eggs in the morning for breakfast. Always on hand to offer advice with local things to do as well as things further a field. The tipi was lovely, spacious, clean and had everything we needed. With 2 adults and 3 kids (12yr , 8yr and 11 months) there was also plenty of room to pop up a travel cot.. Being able to BBQ and light the fire pit every night was some of the highlights as the weather was on our side. We could also star gaze, but even if it hadn't been, there was a great roofed field kitchen that we would use in the morning for boiling hot water and making breakfast. It had 2 gas burners, which we could have made our evening meals on if we needed too. The local butchers which Robin recommended had some of the best burgers and sausages we have tasted. Highly recommend the Welsh dragon sausages if you don't mind a bit of spice. As a family we do enjoy walking and Robin recommended climbing Moel Famau and Hope Mountain. Both had spectacular views. This was our first ever stay here but certainly won't be our last. Highly recommend to everyone.

Pod - Ty Coed Glamping PodJul 2023

We had a lovely stay at Ty Uchef Farm. It was a very luxurious take on camping with each pod having a fridge, log burner, compost toilet and hot shower! Nothing was too much trouble and there was lots to do locally, either walks from the site or a short drive away. So much so that we hope to return in the future. The kids had a fab time collecting eggs, feeding sheep and making friends with children in the neighbouring pods, which was just perfect. On site there was plenty to keep them entertained, including a trail to find clues, a hammock, the 'secret pathways' and a small pond. There is also a pizza oven and fire pit in progress! Robin was the perfect host and this was just the right pitch between camping and self-catering. 10/10 would recommend.
